This recently renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Brookline blends modern touches with a cozy layout. The open-concept kitchen and living area provide a perfect space for both relaxing and socializing, while the large sectional sofa offers ample seating for everyone.

Welcome to STARS of Boston (Short Term Apartment Rental Solutions of Boston), we offer several short term apartment options. Myself and Deb work together as a team to provide personal and attentive service to our guests. We are local, respect guests privacy, but always available in needed. After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules.

Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet. There is an additional $165 pet cleaning fee as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract.

Situated in the charming Washington Square area of Brookline, this apartment is surrounded by a mix of local cafes, picturesque parks, unique shops, and delicious restaurants. Coolidge Corner is just a few blocks down, known for its lively atmosphere with vintage landmarks like the historic movie theater and its independent bookstore. With easy access to public transportation and attractions like Fenway Park and the Longwood Medical Area, this prime location makes it the perfect home base for your stay.

Entire apartment

The fully-equipped kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances and gas cooking, along with a large dining room table perfect for meals and gathering with your group. Central air conditioning and in-unit laundry adds comfort and convenience. Step outside to the private patio, featuring a barbecue grill, ideal for dining al fresco or sipping your morning coffee.

5 minute walk to Green line C train, 10 minute walk to Green line D train, 30 seconds to 65 bus.

Professional building, please be considerate of other tenants. A welcome packet will be sent two weeks prior to arrival, it contains all info needed for check in and during your stay. 3 days prior to arrival, Arrival instructions will be sent, provides key access and a navigator that will take you to the property.

Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet. There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract.

Parking spot for rent at $15/night in a lot 5-10 mins walk from the apartment. Let us know if you will be needing the spot!

Parking is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space.

Practical alternative to a hotel

We stayed with 2 colleagues at this apartment as downtown hotels were either fully booked or out of our price range. It worked very well. Driving to the South Boston seafront took about 20 minutes. It is a clean and practical apartment.

Great location and spacious home

2 families comfortably stayed. Location is good, not too busy, not too remote from all attractions in Boston. Quiet neighborhood is a plus. One thing was the loud air sound from the HVAC system on ceiling duct. It might bother for sensitive people. Communication was fast and efficient. I recommend this property strongly.

What a great place...and attentive management makes all the difference!

As a constant user of HomeAway.com I am always cognizent that things will go wrong: Buildings have parts, sometimes the fail, keys do not always work, etc... at this place something did go wrong, but the Management led by a nice Lady, "K", moved into action directly and quickly and for that we are very appreciative. It is a lovely place, well kept and clean, close to the "T" and most importantly a great place to get the Fenway Park and see the Red Sox win world Series games, which my family got to do twice this week! There are enough bedrooms and privacy for a few couples and we can't say enough good things about the people involved because, in the end, it is the people who make a difference...thank you!

Great location and management

The location of this property is excellent: close to public transportation, and shopping. Management was very responsive to any needs we had. There are two issues to be aware of if you rent this property. One is that parking is not allowed in the city of Brookline overnight. This means that you have to rent a space and while the property has one, it’s a five or 10 minute walk to the parking. Secondly the building itself is old and so the floors are creaky and it’s very noisy when anyone in the building goes down the stairs coming and going from the building. The kitchen is a bit tight to cook in and the stove is fairly old so if you are into cooking, you might find it a bit challenging.

Great Family Trip

We had three generations - my in-laws, my husband and I, and 2 kids - and we had a fantastic stay! Kama was able to get us in early so we could drop off our bags and take the T into the city. The three bedrooms were very comfortable, and two full bathrooms were perfect! We only had a light breakfast and snacks at the apartment, but the kitchen more than suited our needs. They keyless entry was really easy and we didn't need to worry about losing a key. We also rented the parking space, which was convenient. Although it was a few blocks away, it was a short walk and in a safe area where we didn't worry about our van. We didn't drive anywhere for the three days we were there, but the few times we walked to the van it was nice to stroll through the neighborhood. In the neighborhood we ate at The Abbey, The Washington Square Tavern, and Stoked - all were delicious! We had the Go Boston cards which included everything we wanted to see - Aquarium, Children's Museum, Prudential Center, Legoland, Science Museum, and a Duck Tour. We actually were able to go to the Aquarium twice!

Large and convenient.

The property was as advertised and was very comfortable. 3 nice bedrooms with queen beds and excellent mattresses. 1 block to T-stop at Washington Square to get into Boston. Also easy walking distance to some great restaurants and bakeries at Washington Square.

Great location and easy property management to work with

It was a great space and was able to sleep thev7 of us without us feeling like we were on top of each other. Property manager was quick to respond to any questions. The driver to and from airport they helped us arrange was great. The neighborhood was perfect with close stops to metro and great eats. We really enjoyed washington square tavern and the abbey.

Fantastic rental!!

Loved our stay! We are two families, a group of 7, who were in town to catch a couple of Red Sox games. Location was a short subway/bus away from Fenway & downtown. Kama was awesome to work with, checking in to see that we arrived without any issues as well as checking in during our stay to see if we needed anything. This location is at the top of our list for our next stay!

Great rental apartment.

We had a great week in Boston. The apartment was close to Washington Square and many restaurants and shops. We were close to the train stop so it was easy to get to all the Boston attractions. We had a great experience!

Perfect for our Boston vacation

This place was absolutely perfect for our group of seven. We loved the neighborhood and appreciated how close it was to the T train. The owner was awesome to work with. She always replied back to my messages quickly. We worked directly with her to have a car pick us up from the airport. Price was cheaper than using a regular Uber. The house was very clean. She even had a snack basket waiting for us when we arrived. We all enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful vacation stay!

Amazing property and location

We enjoyed our stay with this unit very much! So spacious for 9 ladies to enjoy and very very clean and beautiful! We loved the neighborhood too, short walk to local stores and an amazing bakery for some goodies nearby!

Perfect!

This was such a great location! Close to restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, and the T. The apartment was perfect for 8 people. Kama was very responsive to the only issue we had and the space itself was as pictured and cozy. Friends on fb all want to come on our adventure next time! Thanks again for everything!

Great!

Very comfortable home for our group of 7. We were able to make food there a few days with their cookware and dish washer. They were accommodating of our flights and helped us find transportation. We would stay here again!

Wonderful! Comfortable and quiet place.

Very clean. Plenty of room and beds for 7 of us senior adults. Kama the owner was very accommodating. She had a nice basket of snacks for us and plenty of coffee. She arranged the nicest pick- up service to pick us up from ship and take us to airport when leaving Boston. They helped us get the door open when we arrived and get our luggage inside. We were close to subway which is the way we traveled while there. Would highly recommend.

Spacious apartment, very comfortable, mostly convenient

We really enjoyed this apartment and found it a comfortable place to stay for our group of 4 adults and 3 kids. The kitchen had everything we needed and the living area was comfortable with enough seating for all of us. Host did a great job of making us feel welcome. Only downside was the parking which appears to be a challenge anywhere in Boston area. Host has reserved parking spot which is about 7 minute walk from the apartment. On the upside, the Tram is only a short block away.

As Presented

What you see on the website is exactly what you get. Clean comfortable furnishings. A well appointed kitchen and lovely bathrooms. Great neighborhood and most stores, grocery, liquor, etc, are an easy walk from the front door. What the website doesn't describe is how helpful and generous the staff is. Kama and her staff were there with any help we needed. Just a phone call or text away. The only drawback is the parking. There is no over night parking in the neighborhood. But there is one spot you can obtain through Kama. There was a bit of a mix up the first night, but it was corrected promptly. I guess the final comment/compliment would be we would stay there again with out a doubt. Thank you to the Stars of Boston. Bob

Great Apartment with Easy Access and Wonderful Host

Can't say enough wonderful things about this property. I booked it over a year in advance for this past week's commencement, and was so incredibly pleased with the stay. Kama was wonderfully responsive and helpful leading up to the stay, and even checked in on us after we had been in the apartment for a day to make sure things were going well. The travel group they use to arrange for transport to and from the airport is incredible as well! Friendly, professional, affordable, and even send you off with a care package. The apartment is clean and cozy and easily accessible, whether you want to walk to dinner, have it delivered, or catch a quick Uber anywhere you want to go. You can't go wrong with this rental. Will definitely rent again for future trips to Boston.

Spacious, clean apartment

This three bedroom apartment was perfect for our group's needs with three bedrooms and two large bathrooms. The location was close to several bars and restaurants, and very close to a train stop. We paid for the parking spot, which was just a couple of blocks from the apartment. Kama and her staff checked in with us shortly after our arrival and were very prompt with responses to our questions.

Very nice place to stay!

The apartment was a very good place for us to stay during our visit to Boston. The location is in a safe neighborhood which was very important to us when we decided where to stay. It has easy access to the subway and has grocery stores in the neighborhood which was nice to have near. There were numerous places to eat nearby and also had plenty of places to buy special treats. If we needed anything from Kama she was quick to respond to our needs. We were very comfortable in the apartment and would highly recommend it to other travelers in the area needing a place to stay.

Perfect!

This stay worked out fantastic for our party of 5 adults. The beds were comfortable. The attention to the little details that were awaiting our arrival was refreshing. The location was PERFECT! We are older people but the train/subway was so easy to get to and take downtown. We felt safe walking around the home, and the restaurants within walking distance were good. There is a fantastic bakery on the corner! Cabs and Uber had no problems finding us and were relatively inexpensive due to the location. We used a taxi from the cruise port to the home, and an uber from the home to the airport, very reasonable and under 30 min to get to the airport. We all would highly recommend this home to stay in.
