Charming Studio in Carbondale

Cozy, comfy studio apt. Centrally located downtown, grocery stores, fine dining, fishing, climbing, biking, skiing, golf, yoga & Rio Grande Trail. There are 300 ft of space with French doors and lots of natural light looking at Mt. Sopris. Best view in town. Kitchenette included. BBQ for the studio is on the side of the house. It is attached to the main home but very private, with its own entrance. It is 375 sq ft so pack lightly, large suitcases don’t fit well.
This is a very mature neighborhood, quiet, neighborly and very safe.

Wonderful and relaxing

We had a great time. Was there for a family wedding. It was so well stocked and the yard and grounds were amazing. Will be staying there again.

Great ski vacay stay!

This Vrbo was the perfect home base for a weekend of skiing at the Aspen resorts. Super cute apartment with everything you could need (including hot tub!) in a great neighborhood. Very convenient to get to Aspen/Snowmass. Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Cottage!

Kat was super accommodating, gave us great information for Maroon Bells and local bus system. Cottage was clean, well stocked, comfortable, hot tub was perfect, e-bikes close by, grocery store within walking distance, trails, etc. Perfect location! Would come back here for sure!

Perfectly appointed studio

This studio has everything you could want and a lot of creative touches. The location is great, the bed was so comfortable, the shower was excellent, the backyard was beautiful, and Kat was extremely welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful and great location!

We loved the beauty of it all! We have rented many VRBO's locations and this was the best stocked one! It was fun to ride the cool looking bikes all over, very close to downtown so we used them a lot! Great location to hike and bike. The apartment is brand new and very well decorated. The hot tub was amazing! Kat is very welcoming and accommodating!

Pleasant surprise

Kats place was very clean and very, very well appointed. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe and was in a great location for hiking, good restaurants and beautiful scenery. The extra welcoming touches that Kat provided were a pleasant surprise. We truly enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend.

Our stay was everything we hoped for. Our hosts and accomodations above and beyond expectations.

Can't say enough positives about our stay at Kats studio. It was exactly as advertised. Spotless, beautiful inside and out and very private. Kat and Claude were very gracious and were willing to do nearly anything to make our stay pleasurable and memorable. I have nothing negative at all to say, great stay with great people. Definitely returning and we both loved it!!

If you're looking for a perfect home away form home in Carbondale Co, look no further!

Kat and Claude are both wonderful hosts, thoughtful and caring. Their thoughtfulness is evident as every detail to ensure the comfort of their guests is provided in this wonderful studio. Their beautiful residential neighborhood is quiet, comfortable, and the view of Mt Sopris is amazing. The location is convenient to grocery shopping and downtown Carbondale. The particular attention they provide to their beautiful flowers shows how much they truly care about this property.

Fantastic place and location

This apartment is beautiful with lots of fun touches along with being extremely clean. The yard is beautiful and there are many tables and chairs and a brand new hot tub to use. It's stocked with everything you'd need and lots of options for cooking or eating out. There are two bikes for riding around the lovely neighborhood or into town. The hosts are super helpful and fun people. Anything you need, they're there for you. What a beautiful area for hiking, shopping, fishing and relaxing. We'll definitely be back!

Very nice, clean place in the heart of Carbondale

Very clean, nicely equiped place. Even though pets are allowed in the unit, I had no problem with my allergies to cats. We were in Carbondale for outdoor biking, so unit was a good jumping off point for the Rio Grande trail, close to groceries and other supplies. The units location on the front, was great for unloading bikes, made it handy for going in and out each day.

This is a little dream I've had for 15 yrs. A little studio to help me enjoy my later years and an affordable place to stay for people to visit C'dale. This adorable studio with fantastic views of Mt. Sopris is a great getaway and everyone loves it!
