Welcome to your mountain retreat in a peaceful neighborhood just minutes from downtown Carbondale. Perfectly located between Aspen and Glenwood Springs, this bright, open-concept home is an ideal basecamp for skiing, hiking, hot springs, and exploring the Roaring Fork Valley. Start your morning with coffee in the quiet backyard, breathe in the fresh mountain air, and return after a day of adventure to relax and recharge.
Step inside to a bright, open living area filled with natural light from large windows. On clear days you can even catch partial views of Mt. Sopris, a beautiful reminder that you’re surrounded by Colorado’s mountains.
The living room offers a comfortable sofa, Smart TV, and a collection of games, books, and puzzles for relaxing evenings at home.
The home sleeps up to six guests across two bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed and bunk bed, making it perfect for families or small groups. The second bedroom offers another king bed and its own TV. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning so everyone can set a comfortable temperature.
The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, and the dining table seats six. The local grocery store is just a two-minute drive away.
The bathroom includes a jetted bathtub, perfect for relaxing tired muscles after skiing, hiking, or biking.
Outside, the peaceful backyard and deck are great for morning coffee or evening relaxation. A park just one block away offers a playground and open space for a quick walk or for kids to burn off energy.
Families will appreciate the pack-and-play and high chair, and longer stays are easy with an in-home washer and dryer. The home also includes a private driveway and garage for parking.

The house had everything we needed, and was just as described. The patio and yard were amazing views and relaxing. James was easy to communicate with and very attentive. It was a great ( and very clean ) place to stay. If we find ourselves in the area again i would love to stay again

This house was in a great location and close to everything. The place was spotless with a very well stocked kitchen which we always appreciate. I would definitely stay here again!

Very nice house and owner.
The house was in a good location and stocked with everything you'd need for a short-term stay. The beds and living spaces were comfortable. We also loved the deck out back.

Great communication from the host. Property was just as described. Lots of coffee/tea choices. All Appliances worked and easy to operate. Beautiful view during the fall. Would definitely stay here again.

Gateway to Roaring Fork Valley
Very comfortable (especially the memory foam bed), very clean and well appointed, very pleasant surroundings…felt like home!

Great Carbondale Vacation Home
We stayed in Carbondale to visit Colorado Mountain College for our son. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and is easy to find. It is close to the main road and is near many restaurants and a park.We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the morning drinking coffee and eating a bagel. Highly recommend the home for anyone planning to visit Carbondale.

House in Carbondale
Owner made it so easy to access. Property was clean and comfortable. Owner provided all the amenities for an excellent visit, including fresh coffee! A convenient location to supermarket and other important stores, Aspen area ski slopes, and main highways.

Coffee maker and Keurig with k-cups, creamer, sweetener, oatmeal, filtered water, and condiments. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking. Safe, quiet, and friendly neighborhood.
