The property itself was very clean and well decorated and the property manager was very nice and easy to get along with. However, the details of listing were not as accurate as I believe they should have been. The unit doesn’t have A/C which is problematic with the humidity of the island so the unit stayed uncomfortably warm during the day until about 9:00 at night. Because you have to sleep with the windows open the roosters wake you up at 4:00 am crowing and don’t stop all day so making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the unit is on the first floor and it’s a middle unit so we could hear the TV from our neighbors in the bedroom as well as the footsteps from the unit above us. The kitchen wasn’t stocked very well and the beds were a bit too hard for my liking. My boyfriend and I left the property early because we needed some good sleep and when I discussed the issue with the property manager he didn't offer to give us any kind of reimbursement. I don’t believe this unit is worth the price we paid and the description of the unit is a bit misleading.

Perfect!

This unit was in immaculate condition. The kitchen and restrooms were exceptionally clean and updated. The patio view was amazing. Sitting in the living area and seeing the ocean brought joy to our hearts. The location was also perfect. We walked to Hideaways Beach and Queen's Bath, no problem. We highly recommend this property.

Amazing place to stay!!

My wife and I returned to Kauai to celebrate our 10 years of marriage by renewing our vows. We were so incredibly happy with our stay in this condo. It was immaculate and located in a very quiet and nice community. It was near a market and a couple of great places to eat. The best part was it was only 10 minutes away from our favorite place on the island which is Hanalei Bay. We are booking again for sure before the year ends! Mahalo!

Beautiful Location

Jeff and Shana are wonderful hosts. The property was exactly as listed. Everything was beautiful. If you want to go to Kauai and have a wonderful place to stay, this is the location to go to. We drove all the way to the farthest north shore and explored around - many places to shop and eat. Condo is very clean and has everything we needed.

Nice property , every thing was very nice, and as stated. If the host was to include beach chairs and an ice chest (without a broken handle) that would make a great addition to the amenities provided. All in all very nice.

All that and more

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Walked in the door, and yes, everything was just as the pictures showed and more! Beautiful layout, and all the way down to the silverware, everything was top notch! Would recommend to anyone. Had to contact Jeff once and he was very helpful. Only constructive comment...the directions should be written out on how to use the TV remotes, better. Otherwise, this place was amazing!

Fantastic location -would recommend!

This was a perfect spot for our 7 night stay on the north shore of Kauai. Convenient to all activities. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Easy check in process. Would recommend to others!

Quiet and family-friendly

We had a great time staying here on our trip to Kauai. The unit was clean and quiet. There are two pools on the property, which our daughter enjoyed very much. The hosts were responsive when we encountered a problem with a plumbing project in the condo development.

My wife and I spent 11 wonderful days in Hawaii and 5 of them were spent here. I can't say enough about the location of this condo and would recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Kauai. You're a short drive to one of the most beautiful beaches at Hanalei Bay as well as many different restaurant options. The condo was really clean and well maintained to make your stay the best. 12/10 rating in my book!

good place

we enjoyed this property. been to the north shore multiple times, and this was the first time in a condo. good location, quiet, easy to get to. the condo was furnished well, good beds and pillows. linens in good condition. kitchen was very well equipped, bowls pans, good silverware and plates. no issues there. what we had issues with is the requirement to lock the keys in the box everytime you leave. the lock box is old, one number on the code doesnt like to work, it needs to be replaced. other sites have extra keys inside for use, this only had the one set total. it needs more. also this is the firt place that requires you to take everything out of the fridge. every other place has kept things in there, ketchup, mustard, stuff like that. you always use things and add to them as needed. use all the ketchup, buy a bottle for the next person. no big deal, but it was wasteful to buy even the little bottle and then throw it all out. i understnd the reasoning, but it needs to be thought out. the TV in the master bedroom didnt seem to be hooked up to the cable box, or if it was, i couldnt figure it out. no big deal to us, we just wanted to catch some news one night. just went back out to the main room. really , easy to deal with with booking and the deposit was returned promptly, no problem there. we would rent this agian and probably will. overall, very good, kept up and a modern place.
