We had a great stay! We did experience a maintenance issue during our visit, but the maintenance technician was very friendly and helpful, and the issue was resolved in a timely manner. The lazy river was an awesome amenity and definitely a highlight of our stay! We also loved having a store right on the property where we could purchase items we had forgotten to pack. Overall, we enjoyed our experience and would absolutely stay here again!

My family truly enjoyed the stay at Phoenix West. The lazy river appealed to all. Easy access to the ocean and pools. There were several items that needed attention in the room but certainly not a deal-breaker for us. The lamp in living room didn’t work, the ice maker leaked a bit on the floor, the bedroom tv’s didn’t offer a variety of channels and a light flickered in 2-bedroom bathroom. Easy fixes! My family would stay here again for sure!

Great view of the beach. Lazy River was nice. Only downside was the indoor pool wasn’t open and the water outside was still a little cool for the season. Could definitely see myself going back

Unit was clean and large enough for our party of six. Wish the parking passes and a set of chairs were included in the rental.

We really enjoyed our stay. Host was very responsive to a shower issue. Building maintenance was occurring so were unable to use outdoor spa. Our unit was great...except for the mattresses.

Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your feedback. We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay and that we were able to respond quickly to the shower issue. We do apologize that building maintenance impacted access to the outdoor spa — we understand how disappointing that can be. We also appreciate your honest feedback regarding the mattresses. Guest comfort is very important to us, and we’ll be reviewing this to see what improvements can be made. Thank you again for your thoughtful review. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again for an even better experience next time. – Amanda Prickett Properties

Other than the vrbo listing/description being wrong with the bedding sizes and toilet not being cleaned—and a couple of minor issues, it was a nice unit. Right off the elevator, great view and location. We loved our stay overall.
