This spacious 2 story, 3 bedroom lodge sits on 6 mile Bayou. There is a public boat ramp across the highway. It is easy to access off the highway. There are several stores and gas stations within a 12 mile radius. Short boat ride to Toldeo Bend. It is located in a very quiet area. The sunsets from the second story balcony are just stunning. You can catch some fish from the bank or under the bridge.

We had a good visit. House was accurately listed. Backing boat in from highway is a lil nerve wracking but had no issues. Enjoyed the stay.

My husband and I had a wonderful time from April 19-22nd. We really enjoyed the sunsets and we caught a lot of fish. Peggy was an awesome host and answered any questions we had quickly. Thank you Peggy! We will be back!

Check in was really easy. House was clean and everything we needed to live there for 5 days was provided. Loved the sunset view from the balcony. Would definitely use this property again and would recommend for future renters. Thanks for sharing your little peace of heaven with us.

Beautiful Views!

Wonderful host and accommodations! So many positives with this place. Not only is it waterfront, it is conveniently located across the street from the public boat ramp. I cant wait to book it again and enjoy the beautiful balcony view of the lake while drinking my morning coffee.

Great place to stay if your fishing the 6 mile area.

This was a clean and great place to stay for a family trip to Toledo bend. Its very close to the public ramp and there’s a great view from the deck.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We began looking for property in the Toledo Bend area in October 2014. The first time we saw this property in Six Mile Bayou, we feel in love with it. We purchased it shortly after we came to see it for the first time. We have not been sorry at all. The only feature it didn't have that we wanted was a boat dock. We will be putting one together in the near future.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Old time country atmosphere. Everybody is very friendly. The location is right across the street from the public boat launch. It is close to the marina and to the town.
