The cabin was clean and cozy. It had everything we needed; from paper towels, trash bags, sleds and snow shoes. The owners were quick to respond and give recommendations. There was plenty of room for our rambunctious kiddos to spread out. The porch and view was amazing, specially for having coffee in the mornings. The instructions for check in and check out were clear and readily available. Highly recommend this place for your stay. We absolutely loved our time here!!

Awesome Property!

Great place with all the needed amenities. Close to Breckenridge but still has a secluded feel. Very much enjoyed our stay here!

Great Place to stay

Great family rental

We had our extended family of 10 here for a week. We had a great experience! The house is beautiful, spacious and located within minutes of great activities. We enjoyed our stay!

Great house close to Breckenridge

Wonderful location. Only 10 minutes to the village ski lift. The house is very nice and has everything you would need for a cozy winter getaway. We loved skiing in breck and enjoying the downtown at night, then coming back to this great mountain home.

Amazing views and spacious

We loved our stay. Plenty of room for our group and nice outdoor area for my kids to play in the snow. It was nice to relax and take in the views. My kids enjoyed using the games by the fireplace. It was clean and had all the necessary amenities.

Perfect Setting for uncrowded luxury !

Best vacation experience

We have an annual trip with friends to get away and see some great places. This house was top of the list. Very clean and beautiful. We would stay here again. Loved it!

Vacation Sept 14th - 17th

Very nice home with comfortable beds. Owner was extremely helpful by letting us check in early and letting us check out late as we had a late flight back home and no one else had booked the home until the next week. Plenty of room and beds for my family. Really enjoyed staying there and was a very short drive and easy drive to Breckenridge. Would definitely stay there again.

Such a great place!

We were so impressed with this property! It was gorgeous and immaculate. My three year old said she “wants to move to Colorado because our house is so pretty.” The bathrooms are very high end and we had everything we could need in the kitchen. Lots of extra towels and blankets too! Thanks!’

The Villa

Gorgeous house! Close to the river and a lovely trail/s. A short drive into town and you are at the cutest little village! Our family had a blast spending time, hanging out playing cards, doing puzzles on the balcony and cooking together! Would highly recommend this lovely home!

Amazing stay!

The cabin is beautiful and the location could not be any better, I truly appreciate the simplicity of the check-in and check-out process. The cabin is exactly as shown and completely equipped! My only suggestion would be to maybe bring an air mattress since the pull out beds are pretty uncomfortable and if traveling in big groups to take showers spread apart as the hot water runs out pretty quick. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider booking again!!

Beautiful cabin... incredible host!

Too good... beautiful cabin, close to Breckenridge... lot's of space. A fireplace that you could sit next to all day... full stocked kitchen... every detail of the house is thoughtful and elegant. Tobin even reimbursed us for a board game (Wits and Wagers) that we bought on our trip so other guests could enjoy it!

Amazing everything

The home is perfectly situated only minutes from Breck. The homeowner was very responsive and immediately called a technician to come the next day due to a water pressure issue. Everything was very clean, well kept, and the home even came with snow shoes of all sizes and sleds. In all, the experience was great and we will be booking here again in the future!!
