Enjoy the private setting and stunning views from our little luxury cabin on Peak 7. This classic cabin sits on a one acre lot, located only 3.5 miles from the ski lifts and downtown Breckenridge. The award-winning interior designer kept the original charm of a rustic cabin but remodeled and refurnished with new modern furniture, appliances, and decor providing a cozy yet luxurious experience.

The enormous wrap-around deck and hot tub spa is the perfect place for everyone to enjoy the spectacular views of the 10 Mile Range. Relax in warm and soothing spa water after a long day of skiing, shopping, or any of the endless activities Breckenridge has to offer.

The main floor features an open concept layout—complete with a well-stocked chef's kitchen, dining room with enough space for everyone, living room with a comfy leather sectional, smart tv and a cozy wood-burning fireplace. The many windows reveal the inspiring views for you to admire. It's the perfect setting to spend time with friends and family.

There are two bedrooms on the main floor. The master includes a private en-suite bath, beautiful king bed and private deck. The large bunk room has a twin-over-twin and a twin-over-full bunk beds.

A very beautiful and spacious secondary bath with a tub shower combination completes the main floor.

The walkout basement has ample windows and double doors keeping it light and open. The downstairs features a large family room, wet bar, a game table and a smart tv. Also downstairs, is a large king bedroom with luxury bedding and electric fireplace. There is a third full bathroom, a utility room and a patio with those majestic mountain views.

The cabin comes with luxury towels and bedding, wireless internet, and TV package that includes Xfinity local and Netflix.

You are required to have AWD or 4-Wheel Drive vehicle in the winter. There is parking for 3 vehicles and you have use of the two car detached garage.

The cabin sits on a high pristine Peak 7 lot that is private yet only minutes from everything Breckenridge has to offer!

We had a lovely getaway at this property! It is extremely well appointed with every kind of equipment, dish, spices, kids items, linens, towels, information, games, books, etc. The location is close to town, but since it is a few minutes up the mountain, it is quiet and the views are stunning. The property has a beautiful cabin vibe while still feeling very comfortable and modern; there were even a couple of beautiful moose waiting to greet us when we pulled up to unload. The hot tub was a huge highlight and we used it a bunch. We had one quick question during our stay and I reached out to the owner whose contact info was in the info book, and she responded quickly and politely. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Great place! There were a few little broken items - bathroom fan, sliding door, a piece in the hot tub - but overall a great place! Perfect spaces for a 6 pack of adults to hang out, sleep and recreate. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home in a mountainous neighborhood in Breckenridge. We needed a little unplugging from our normal day to day business and this is just what the doctor ordered! The expansive deck was a beautiful place to enjoy morning coffee. The first afternoon we were very pleasantly surprised to see a momma moose and her twin calves snacking their way through the neighborhood while sitting on the deck. The very next morning while we were watching her and her babes in the neighbor's yard, we heard a crack and a male moose (we assume dad) came right up next to the 2nd story deck we were standing on! Truly spectacular! We quietly watched and recorded him while he moseyed through the yard and onto his next snack across the street! Truly magical! The house was so clean and well equipped. Everything we could have asked for, clean, well equipped kitchen, clean bathrooms and comfy bed....and the arcade game in the basement took me back to my youth playing Galaga and Mrs. PacMan. The aspens were breathtaking and the whole property was exactly what we would want for a mountain get away. Short drive to downtown- close to everything and just far enough away to be quiet. We also enjoyed an e-bike ride to Frisco for lunch. Denise was so kind, responsive and had helpful information and tips for the area. Highly recommend! We will be back!

Comfortable beds, spacious bedrooms, fully-equipped kitchen, beautiful alpine decor, and amazing views! The location is also great, since a few minutes away from the peaks and downtown, which allowed us to enjoy the quiet and the beautiful landscape. Excellent choice in Breck!! Planning to be back in the summer to this same cozy cabin. Highly recommend it.

Beautiful getaway

Excellent property to stay at. The beds are very comfortable, ample space, great hot tub and great water pressure. It’s about a 10 min drive to the gondola or peak 8 but worth it for the privacy. Highly recommend.

A perfect weekend home

Amazing cabin in a perfect location for Breck!

The cabin was even better than the pics show. It was clean and well stocked. Denise responded to my questions very promptly and was very helpful. The cabin is perfect for 2 families and is such a gem!

So very easy to communicate with! Questions answered very promptly. Property was amazing and perfect for our trip. House easily accommodates 2 families! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out--very comfy beds and living areas.

Coziest house with the most beautiful views! Pictures don’t do it justice! Enough room for two families to have their own space! We absolutely loved our week here! Denise is an absolute gem to work with, so prompt and kind! Highly recommend this property!
