Enjoy the Muskoka lifestyle here at our spacious 3 bdrm, 2 bath, Hidden Valley chalet on beautiful Peninsula Lake. The three levels of living area provide everyone with their own space. Loft bedroom has its own private bathroom and provides a nice getaway with views of the lake and ski hills. A place perfect for couples, families and extended families. Enjoy the sandy beach & outdoor pool in the summer months and skiing and snowboarding in the winter months.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at this accommodation. The host has added some lovely touches which makes you feel like their guest rather than simply a place to stay. The kitchen with everything you could possibly think of was excellent and as a cooking family we really appreciated all of it. The additional blankets and the lovely welcome pack when we arrived was so thoughtful. The pass to see the nearby parks all of these wonderful additional touches really made our stay excellent. It is a lovely place to visit and the very comfortable accommodation made it that much better. Thank you to our host for welcoming us and making our stay in this part of Canada so memorable.

Have gone to this same unit several times and find it well set up for families and love that you can walk to ski hill.

It was truly a home away from home. I felt comfortable right away. We had other family staying around us so that was really fun. The location was superb for skiing at Hidden Valley and we enjoyed an evening skate at Arrowhead Provincial Park as well.

Great location for both summer and winter months. Chalet was very clean and kitchen was well appointed. Lots of stairs inside so keep in mind if you have mobility issues. Would definitely rent again.4.5 stars

We enjoyed our stay! The chalet was clean, comfortable, and spacious, yet cozy. It was nice to come back to after a day of winter adventures. Ample linens were provided. Cupboards were stocked with everything we needed. And checkout requirements were reasonable and simple! Thanks for a great weekend.

Exceptionally well equipped townhouse - newly renovated and spotless. Access to Hidden Valley pool and beach area a definite plus.

Amazing!

We had a great time! The place is very clean, warm and cozy. the view from the property is awesome!! It’s so close to the ski hill that you can come and rest in between. A lot of activities around the area. We plan to come again in summers!

Cozy condo with a view

The property was clean, had everything we needed and perfect for our family of 4! Just a note, there are 3 flights of stairs so if you've got littles plan accordingly :)

Comfy place near wildness

Property has everything for nice stay close to nature. Great hiking trails are just 15 - 35 min away. Fine dining is in near by resorts and city. Owners were easy accessible over text and emails. Natural wood fire place made our stay warm and cosy.

Winter stay at Hidden Valley

This property was perfect for a weekend getaway to winter wonderland! Very clean, spacious, and exactly as advertised. We loved having access to a wood burning fireplace with a beautiful view as well as the proximity to the ski hill and spa! James and Susanne were incredibly responsive and shared a ton of recommendations for things to do and see in Huntsville. We would love to return in the future!

Bridal Weekend

VRBO My family appreciated the home and family decor in the condo for our bridal weekend stay. The property was perfect for wedding preparations, hosting meals, and accommodating guests. We were fortunate to have spectacular weather to appreciate the beautiful lake view and time on the dock.

Beautiful vacation place. NOT for people with limited mobility and handicap. There are stairs and stairs to rich stairs. This little" info was missing from advertised getaway. Thank owners for hospitality. Great property

Although we appreciate Angela for staying with us, we believe it's important to share that communication was a challenge. As everyone can see, our property's description clearly states that we are a three level townhome. Along with this our photos clearly show the stairs. Prior to Angela arriving we mentioned this numerous times months in advance.

Autumn colours

Great space for us to have a small family getaway with our 2 & 4 yr old and their grandma. Loved being surrounded by the awesome fall colours and took full advantage of access to Hidden Valley resorts indoor pool. The multi level layout has plenty of stairs that make it less accessible for some, but worked for us.

Beautiful Property!

All of the amenities that were listed were available. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The only downfall was all of the hills…but that is probably because our family lives in the flattest part of Ontario. The beach was close by. Only a 2 min drive to Deerhurst (which we did several times a day for a dance competition). Highly recommend!!
