Very nice

Apt was very comfortable & clean. Parking was no issue less than a block away. Slept 2 adults and 2 kids ages 9 & 11 no problem. Would stay again when in the area.

Close to Subway and hence, all of Boston

We spent a week and found this a charming, comfortable, and convenient place to stay. There was a cozy place to sit and relax, a kitchen with everything we needed, and access to the washer and dryer. The neighborhood was quiet and there were good restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here.

Great location w/ everything you need

My wife and I had a nice stay over St Patrick’s weekend. The apartment was clean, bed was comfortable, kitchen & bathrooms were well stocked and the property was secure. Easy walks into the city and little to no wait for an Uber. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Great location, price, and property

The location of this property is perfect for those with a car (parking is extremely easy nearby), who still want to be near a T station for easy access to the city. The apartment itself was large, and we comfortable fit 4 people with the pull out couch and bed! I would stay here again the next time we need accommodation in Boston.

Very charming

Very charming apartment, historical yet modern conveniences, it was exactly what my husband and I were looking for for our Boston trip. The subway station was a short walk through a quaint neighborhood. Terry was a great host, he responded to our questions quickly. We definitely plan on staying here again!

Just wonderful

Terry was so responsive and nice, the apartment was perfect and charming- but I have to mention my favorite thing- the bed. The mattress and sheets made me wish I didn’t have to leave. Best sleep EVER!!

Great apartment close to the T

Great studio apartment that was exactly how it was described. Five minute walk from the Metro Orange Line and there are nice places to eat near. The check in and checkout process was simple. The kitchen was well equipped if we wanted to cook. We would definitely stay here again.

Boston Getaway

After researching hotel prices downtown I was a bit sticker shocked - this place was perfectly priced and offers the conveniences of "home". Clean, comfortable, quiet, and Terry was very helpful. Super close to the subway which was easy to use, surprisingly clean, and cheap!! Highly recommend.

What not to like!

The unit we rented was on the second floor, security was good, location good, room was clean and comfortable. Terry was very responsive. Wonderful stay!

Location by subway is convenient

Ease of check in was great. The proximity to the subway was very convenient. We used the subway everywhere we went including to and from the airport and downtown. Walked to Museum of Fine Arts and Fenway. Communication with manager was excellent! Very much enjoyed our time in Boston.

Beautiful historic building

Property is exactly as pictured. We had a minor hiccup with the refrigerator not working and the host came immediately to get us set up. Parking was easy to find and the neighborhood has a lot to offer.

Lovely studio!

The apartment was well appointed and updated. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was great even though we didn’t cook! Far enough out of the city to be quite but only a short ride in on the subway. We had a great time in Boston! Thanks Terry!

Lower Roxbury Fun

Checking in was a breeze. The listing is cute and located in a great spot. The heat ended up being mistakenly shut off during our stay but once the property owner was aware the heat was back on! We had the best weekend exploring Boston. Thanks again!

Beautiful studio apartment close to subway and restaurants.

This spacious apartment gives the feel of a boutique hotel. Beautifully furnished with full kitchen. Comfy beds and thick, fluffy towels. Information about nearby restaurants is available in the room plus maps to the subway station. This was a convenient location from which to explore Boston and return for a relaxing evening. Highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Boston.

The studio was nice, the only thing that we had trouble with was the high claw foot tub. Wish in the description that is was noted.We are seniors it made taking a shower a little difficult.Other than that great location to all the attractions,

Relaxing Environment Character Accomodation

This is a beautiful apartment..decor is lovely. This is a well maintained historic building. Very quiet and beautiful surroundings. The unit is very well equiped, coffee and lots of basics if you want to cook... Great location and easy to walk to subway and buses, uber around $20 to central Boston. I Wish I Knew Earlier

With 2 kids who went to Boston for college, we've been visiting the city for over 10 years and spending $$$ at hotel stays. If we only knew of Terry's beautiful condos earlier. We made full use of the kitchen and property during graduation weekend. We will definitely be back.
