Located in the heart of the Brainerd Lakes area, Breezy Point has so much to offer. Whether it`s golfing, boating, fishing, family reunion or hanging out with friends, we have the perfect place for you! This newly remodeled cabin has all the comforts of home.

Private two bedroom, one bathroom well equipped with all the conveniences of home. Forgot something? Now worries, we’ve got it!

Cozy cabin with large front deck and private backyard, great for bonfires, yard games, picnics, or simply relaxing.

We typically like to stop by and say “hi” and we’re near by if you needs us, but that’s it. If there is anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable, let us know.

Ideally located close to breezy point resort where one of our children and family used our time share. Front deck was great for bringing entire family together for meals. Unit well supplied with kitchen items. Large electric fry pan was handy for spaghetti sauce. Difficult to maneuver wheel chair from bedroom to bathroom due to narrow doors and congested hallway. Extra daybedCame in very handy for our daughter’s caregiver to stay. We visited with owner about shower grout needing to be replaced due to mold otherwise very good stay. Beds and pillows very comfortable as well as living room furniture.

Thank you for your feedback. As we discussed prior to your arrival, this property was built in the 60’s, when building codes were different. We made no claim that it is handicap or wheelchair accessible.

Mara and Todd were excellent hosts. We were a day late in traveling and they brought us our groceries! In addition, they had the outdoor grill ready for us... and as if that wasn't enough, our last day was cold, wet and windy so they brought over extra warm clothes so we could go fishing comfortably!! The nicest people we have ever met!

Nice little cabin. It was well stocked with bedding, beach towels, kitchen appliances, and soap. Worked well for 4 of us and a medium-sized dog. Mini golf a minute down the road. This cabin is not directly on the lake. We drove to Breezy Point Resort and Pelican Lake beach for lake time. Would suggest this location if you are okay with driving a couple of minutes to get to the water. Easy access and great communication from the owners.

Bachelorette Trip

Mara and Todd have an amazing property that comfortably housed 5 ladies for my sisters bachelorette trip! They answered questions promptly and made us feel at home. It is super close to the Breezy Point Resort. We all want to come back again next year.

Overall the place was perfect for us. We were up there for work, and the home was absolutely perfect for us. Very quiet, and relaxing on our down time.

A perfect oasis in the center of everything!

Perfect location and close to everything, but still tucked away enough for you to really relax. Very comfortable, well appointed place will all the amenities. We've stayed here before and we'll stay here again!

Great place in beautiful northern Minnesota

We stayed while our son was in hockey camp down the road. Great area with lots of beautiful lakes in the vicinity. Comfortable cabin with good deck and good kitchen. Had everything we needed.

Great for golf get-a-ways, girls weekends, and family vacations.
