Basketball Weekend in Knoxville

We had a great stay in Knoxville while visiting our son at UTK. The house was very clean and well equipped. About a 10 - 15 minute drive to campus. One heads up the house is located right off a main highway and the turn onto the street is very sharp, once you know it's not a big deal just be aware. All in all great property and great weekend. Go Vols!

One Night Stop

The house was excellent. Wish we had a longer stay to enjoy the pool table and game room more. Good communication..check in easy.

Home for Thanksgiving

This was the perfect place for our Thanksgiving week! So well stocked, and super clean. The game room upstairs was awesome and I loved the special touches like the coffee bar. Look forward to staying here again!

The connection place

Great location, warm interior, feels like home, we hosted several small dinners and enjoyed all the indoor/outdoor activities. The game room is great! Shot some pool, bonfire out back, grilled some steaks, made s’mores, football on the big screen and to wrap it up, a private bedroom to rest. Can’t wait for my next visit!

Great choice

Property was well kept, clean and welcoming . The flow of the house was lovely . People were able to enjoy the upstairs game room, play pool off of the kitchen , eat and watch TV not feeling cramped or in each others space . Just enough room ! Location appeared safe , which is always a concern when traveling . Would rent again !

Amazing property

We came for family weekend at UT and loved it ! The house and amenities are unbelievable . The host thought of everything . We loved to have coffee on the back patio in the mornings It was so clean and a beautiful neighborhood . Would highly recommend it .

Clean and High Quality!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was very clean, lots of fun games for the kids, and lots of towels/cleaning products and other amenities for us to use on hand. Every house we typically stay at it seems like cheap DIY projects with patches or they don’t have everything they say to offer, but this house felt like a nice home with well intentioned quality design.Appreciate it!

Was exceptionally clean, Chris the manager was excellent at communicating and making sure we have everything we needed during our stay, amenities were fun even for us older adults. Vols game

We came to see our granddaughter march with the band for the first time and enjoyed family time with her. The yard was great for our dog and the owner was very responsive when there was a minor problem. He took care of it within the hour. The grandkids especially enjoyed the games.

Sophomore move in

My son and his girlfriend are beginning their sophomore year at UTK so this trip was to move them in. The accommodations were exactly what we needed. The host provided information timely and responded to any communication I sent within a couple of hours. The other family that stayed with us requested the link for this listing because they were so impressed with the experience.

Great house!

The property was very nice, clean, and well kept. The house has plenty of room for adults and teenagers to all have their own space. The game room upstairs was fun for the whole family. The back yard and deck area was a great place to sit and enjoy an adult beverage. We rate the property 5 stars and would gladly stay their again when visiting Knoxville.

Perfect Home away from Home

This property had all the comforts of a home. House was very clean and comfortable. Very convenient, It was close to shopping, restaurants and UT but away from the busy city. Chris was great to work with and made booking and checking out super easy. Everything was great. Thanks Chris!

Great stay

We stayed here for my daughter's wedding, which was in Knoxville. This house was perfect for every age. They had a play pen for the baby, a wide variety of games that kept everyone entertained, and a fenced in back yard for our canine children. It was convenient to groceries, gas, and restaurants. There was plenty of room for our family. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. It was just an overall great stay.

Great property!!

We stayed here for my daughter’s softball tournament with 6 adults and 2 children and it was wonderful!! There was plenty of space for everyone and lots of fun things for the kids to do! The house was clean, had everything we needed, and had a great backyard hang out space! We would absolutely stay there again!

The Comforts of Home

We had not vacationed in over 6 years and decided to visit the great state of TN. We were absolutely fortunate to find this amazing property. Conveniently located, fully-equipped, and immaculate. Without a doubt a place we would highly recommend and one we will rebook should we have the opportunity to visit again. We spent our days with a packed itinerary taking in the many sights and experiences the area has to offer and were glad to return to such a beautiful home at the end of each day.

Great house

We loved this house and location. They had lots for the kids to do inside. Would absolutely stay again. There was only one downside, no fault of the owner. Every single time that you went outside, front or back, the neighbors 3 dogs barked at you very meanly nonstop until you went back in. It was quite a nuisance if we went outside for anything. As for the inside of the house, we actually thought it was better than the listing, we had 3 kids and it was great.

UTK Graduation 2024!

This house had every the big we needed. We were able to have our breakfast and lunches here and then even had dinner one night in as well. The house was clean, and comfortable. Beds were comfortable too, we loved the game rooms! Thank you Chris! We would definitely try and rent it again if we come to Knoxville.

Met our needs and expectations!

Very clean, well appointed with some Nice extra touches! Our teens loved the game room and arcade games. Good location between Knoxville and Pigeon Forge and we went to both. Host was very responsive and professional. Fenced in yard would be great for pups but we left ours at home this time. Nice back deck and fire pit. Overall a pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend to others!
