Gorgeous property

Perfect location, away from the crowds, but still close to everything. The staff was wonderful, food and drink great and very reasonably priced. Had one minor issue and owner responded immediately and resolved right away. Highly recommend staying here.

Paradise

The views from this condo are amazing. Every day we were able to see so many whales while relaxing on the balcony. The staff was amazing and the onsite restaurant had excellent food at very good prices. The location was perfect as it was an easy walk to town and easy to get a taxi or bus to town or any other place. The rooftop pool was spectacular! The lower pool was a bit cold and shaded most the day, so most people seem to use the rooftop pool. Overall a lovely and relaxing experience.

Eclectic Condo

Amazing Condo with interesting art in a great location. Quiet for the older adults yet very close to the bustling beach for the younger ones. The host Michael and his representative Mauricio were very welcoming. There were some mechanical malfunctions which Mauricio had taken care of within a couple of hours, even on a weekend. Michael generously offered us a free night for these minor troubles. Highly recommended this beautiful place.

AMAZING! BOOK IT!

Absolutely stunning! Not a single complaint about this property. Our flights were delayed and arrived pretty late, Christian greeted us at the gate and check in was a breeze. The moment we stepped inside the condo, our jaws dropped! Extremely clean, comfortable and the views are breathtaking! If you’re considering booking, just do it! My family and I will definitely be booking again!

Family vacation

Home was nice. Unit wasn't ready, but owners gave a credit, which was appreciated. The manager did not return a text that was sent regarding a spill that appeared in the hall closet the first day. Would be helpful to have a folder with instructions for the TV,'s etc and then expectations for preparing for checkout. Overall it was a good stay and we really like Sayan Beach. Excellent common facilities, restaurant, pools, and very safe and secure.

Beautiful Property

Property was absolutely stunning! The entire length of the condo opens up to the outdoors and the views are spectacular! Pools were heated which is always a plus. Property Manager Joel was great to work with, he even made a dentist appointment for me with an English speaking doctor and I really appreciate that level of service! Would highly recommend this property.

If you are looking for the best of the best in PV.. look no further... This place is seamless and affordable and Spectacular. Inexpensive room service daily , or enjoy meals on rooftop next to the infinity pool. The gym overlooks the ocean:) PERFECTION

An absolute paradise!

We were actually more impressed with the property in person than we were with the photos online. It is very spacious and was quite comfortable for our group. The views from the condo and throughout the property grounds are absolutely amazing. The staff was all very friendly and always available to help. Definitely coming back in 2023!

Wonderful, except for location

The unit is beautiful, the view is fantastic, and all is wonderful, but the condo is located quite a walk away from the main part of the Malecon. Lots of taxi rides needed.

Special Condo with Great Location, Amenities and View!!

Absolutely beautiful and special condo. Stunning view and decor. We were completely delighted with the condo amenities and location. The on-site restaurant, rooftop pool and bar were spectacular. Twice we planned to go out in PV for dinner but instead elected to stay in and enjoy dinner, company and the gorgeous sunset from the roof - worth it. Great access to small beach area in front and short hike to Los Muertos. Owners were great and responded promptly to our questions. Thank you!!

Gorgeous Corner Unit with Killer Views

Amazing single level condo, tastefully decorated, with ridiculous views of the Bay, Downtown PV, and spectacular sunsets. Large enough for my family of 4 to all have their own space, but lots of nice places to be together as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the on-site restaurant has a lovely and diverse menu at reasonable prices. The rooftop infinity pool is one of the best I have ever seen... anywhere. Michael (the owner) is very responsive and accommodating. A wonderful place for a quiet PV vacation, but still close enough to all the action if you want. Highly recommend!

Lovely property in PV

We had a nice stay! The unit looked at least as nice as in pictures, if not better, and suited our needs well. We’ve stayed in other units in this building in the past, and we always love the gorgeous amenities, location, and friendly staff. The layout of the bedrooms turned out to be different than pictured in the listing, which was an issue for us, so I’d just recommend clarifying in advance if you want the second bedroom (with two beds) and den setup as pictured (rather than one bed in each room). Otherwise Michael was a kind and accommodating host. Thanks for a great trip!

Unreal beauty!

This condo unit will not disappoint! It is simply breathtaking. The views and sunsets were phenomenal. The open patio was so relaxing st the end of the day some of us slept out there! Came to PV with a group of five women for a girls trip. The condo is on the south end of the romantic zone. The property has lovely pools and garden/patio area. The restaurant on property is wonderful and SO inexpensive. The staff was very helpful with everything. Eduardo and Michael were so hospitable making recommendations for local restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend!!

Best Relaxing 5 Star ⭐️ Vacation Spot Ever!

This vacation spot is truly ideal... we have stayed in many places around the world and can honestly say that this rates at the top. We thoroughly enjoy our time here. This was our second stay and we are already planning for next year! The Condo is just delightful, Edoardo has outdone himself making sure that it’s not only beautiful, but it’s also comfortable and functional. The food is great and what a wonderful price. The staff could not be more accommodating. We call it the Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous, because it has everything on the property that you need to feel pampered in luxury. Stunning, Stunning, Stunning

Everything, about our week at this property was relaxing, stress-free, and simply exceptional. The condo, and in particular the view of Banderas Bay, is breathtaking. There are no words to explain the delight I felt in falling asleep to the sound of the surf and waking up feeling like I could reach out and touch the ocean. As others have said the resort is a short walk over the rocks to Los Muertos beach with everything in Old Town easily accessible. Be warned, however, that the rooftop pool, the exceptional service from Axel and crew and and the reasonably priced (and very good!) food and drink will make it difficult to leave the resort. My recommendation is to just sit, enjoy and watch the hustle and bustle from afar. Wi-Fi in the unit is excellent and the den was a perfect place to unwind and watch a bit of TV. A 5-star property and highly recommended - we will be back!

Great Condo - terrible smell

Condo was excellent, staff is excellent. We contacted the management regarding a smell coming from the laundry closet (intense sewage or mildew smell). They said that they would send the housekeeper or maintenance to resolve it. Nothing was resolved, we had to suffer through the smell for the 5 days we were there. We were returning customers to the same unit from last year, if that issue had been resolved it would have been another 5 star stay. Since it wasn't addressed, it was not as enjoyable as it should have been.

Good trip

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The pictures are accurate—the view is great as are the doors that open all the way up. The unit has built in speakers in the ceiling that extend to the patio which was nice. We noticed that the unit could perhaps use a deep cleaning including to kitchen utensils/plates etc. The building amenities are nice and the rooftop setup is amazing. The staff at the bars and restaurant on property were all very gracious and we enjoyed chatting and making friends with them. Drinks and food were solid and affordable and get added to your room which is convenient—however you still need to have cash at all times in order to tip them. We had some strange interactions with the building workers, though, including the security people at the front. They were a little rude and just overall didn’t match the friendly vibe of the property. Overall, a great stay and beautiful property.

Fantastic!

The condo is actually more beautiful in person than in the pictures. We have gone to PV for 15 years and this is the absolute nicest place we have stayed. The staff is incredibly friendly, even to renters. The food available in the restaurant is so incredibly reasonable and very, very good. We bought a few groceries for breakfast and ended up tossing most because it was so affordable to eat there. I highly recommend the massage there as well. The location is great. In 10 minutes walking you can be at the South end of the Malecon - but have sensible shoes (maybe even a flashlight), the cobblestone can be tricky. If you have been to Mexico much, you know that good beds, good showers and good blinds are hard to come by - this place had it all and top of the line furnishings. The only negative - I wish we had two room keys. Some days my husband and I wanted to go different directions and although it feels very safe there, I didn't feel right leaving someone else's condo unlocked. We would sure like to stay here again some day.

Puerto vallarta first time!

Staying at the condo was so perfect for my family of 6! The condo was better than pictured! The pictures are beautiful however the view must be seen in person to really capture the beauty. We enjoyed staying on the 4th floor. Even though the building had 12 floors you felt like you were on top of the world. We went during the rainy season. It was very sunny and clear for the days then the rain would move in at night. It was actually a perfect scenario. Watching the lightening from the condo was breathtaking. The condo had plenty of space. Each bedroom was very large. Large enough to lay out suitcases and still have plenty of space. The entire condo has walls that open up to the outside. We didnt open them up too much because we enjoyed the air conditioning but it would be ideal for cooler weather! The owners had everything we needed at the condo. Even a washer and dryer! We were very impressed with the condo security. They have a 24 hour guard on duty who kept us in check when coming and going from our condo. We also took advantage of the parking available as we rented a car for the week. I personally loved the art and unique furnishing the owners had. This place was unique but very comfortable and light and fresh feeling! We loved exploring the town but the real treat was coming back to the condo every day. The pools were so great too! They had awesome views and were never too crowded. The pool furniture was comfortable and had plenty of mixed seating. Even tables to eat at and beds to lounge on. The wait staff and bar tenders were extremely friendly and so patient! The food and drinks were some of the best we had all week! We highly recommend this condo for your vacation! We look forward to checking to see if they have other properties! Thankyou again for such hospitality!

Great location and layout

We were all very pleased with our experience here! The location is perfect for entrance to the private beach. The only callout - the property does not have a BBQ on the patio as the picture depicted. I did use the BBQ grill in the common area which was a bit frustrating. I hope they can update that aspect of the listing, everything else was amazing!

When we found out that Sayan Beach was being built we jumped on the opportunity. We were living @ the Icon in the Hotel Zone and wanted to move closer to Old Town, "Zona Romantica" as most of our leisure and work time was there.
We are ecstatic about our new home and location as it is truly our dream home and also allows us to walk to all of our favorite beaches, restaurants,bars and entertainment venues in the Bay Area...........

The location, the amenities and the home are absolutely perfect in all respects. Our particular unit is "one of a kind" due to its particular floor plan and placement in the building.
The entire living space is directly on the ocean and canopied to the right by jungle giving us both absolute privacy and breathtaking views. There is no other unit @ Sayan Beach like it. ( after they broke ground I was given the opportunity to ride on the Huge Crane to find the exact location that we wanted to create this magical home environment......a lil crazy but well worth it! )
