Ocean Front Cottage On Quiet Birch Harbor. Open ocean and bay views

Glad all worked out for your stay at BPC. Hope the serenity and beauty of this area will stay with you. Remember you can recharge here again next season. Best wishes for you all. Dave

So pleased you found pleasure in your trip to our little part of this great area. Prior guests have suggested additions to the cottage and leave treasures to enhance others stay. Our visitors are a part of the cottage friendlyness you noted. Thank you Annie for visiting BPC and reviewing your stay.

Glad to hear you found your time at BPC to your liking. We are indeed fortunate to share this land with the many animals, trees, rocks, and ocean and enjoy sharing this experience with our many guests. Good to hear that the daybed (and especially the pink lamp) was a hit. Your all welcome back so make plans to return. Woof to Odie! Thanks for staying at BPC. Dave and Kathy

The outside is the big act here. Each area offering a unique perspective on the woods, water, wildlife and sky. Plenty of activities locally and avoid the crowds of MDI. Nice to hear your stay was a pleasant one. Appreciate your kind review. Plan on visiting us once again.

Glad you made it onboard to BPC. The convenience of this location is a major attraction. Enjoy the bustle of MDI, the lesser crows of Schoodic, or the quiet of your front yard. Our regulars find new quiet locations with every return. Thank you for your patronage and review.

We hope you will do it again. This area is dotted with much to see, much to do, and much to not do. Often time when visitors are up with us, we ask what shall we do today? The answer often is, as we are sitting in the red chairs, we are doing it! Pleased to hear of your enjoyment. Many thanks for staying with us.

Pleased to have you up here for a visit and found BPC to your liking. To clarify, yes, we are more than 30 feet to our closest neighbor. Actually more than 70 feet, West of us through the pines, limiting our views of each other. At least until we share some evening wine on their deck. Our neighbor to the East is triple that distance and tucked somewhat behind us. Thank you for the comment on privacy as this was important to us (and many of our guests) as well. Best wishes for a great summer. Dave

Ah Schoodic-the jewel of Gouldsboro and an anchor point for us as well. We never tire of motoring thru with all the windows open and finding a familiar location to contemplate the views. Sounds as you enjoyed your visit here, so pleasant to hear of our guests experiences. We'll leave the light on for you next year. Our best and many thanks.

Always a toss up on who enjoys this area the most-dogs, kids, and adults of all ages. Nice to hear that everyone found some joy here. Thank you for staying at BPC and your thoughtful review. Your all welcome back anytime.

Ah yes-joy and calm, a state of being that is not often found but often anticipated. A pleasure to hear that you and the family enjoyed their time at the cottage and surrounding areas. Amazing what nature brings to ones well being when we slow down and listen. I so enjoyed our conservations and hearing of your adventures. Make plans to return when a recharge is required. Oh yes, our housekeeper wants to hirer you. WOW-so clean and tidy upon leaving. Thank you.

That fire pit can keep one memorized far too long. Add the waves, the breeze, the shoal bell and the stars-why leave? Thank you Scott for your write up. Glad you found comfort in the cottage and surroundings. We are pleased you found us as well!

Pleased to know you caught a small dose of Breezy Point Cottage fever. We never pass a chance for a sit on "our" rocks or a motor thru Schoodic. The screen porch offers relief from the Maine state bird and allows one to still enjoy the outdoors. A favorite of many guests. Hope the memories bring joy throughout the years to all. Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us and our potential quests.

So you have Kathy and I chuckling as we both often find the property reason enough to just stay there. So much to enjoy in this area and yet much pleasure derived from rusticating on the rocks and watching nature move in front of one. Hopefully the memories will stay with all and find laughter around your own camp fire. Cheers to all and and many thanks for staying with us.

So pleased to hear that Morley enjoyed the cottage! Thank you for your kind words, we want this to be "your home" when here. Yes, the night sky can be spectacular here. Hope you found some good shots during your viewings. Bar Harbor area is not far at all so when one requires a dose of "civilization" , a short ride is all it takes. Makes for a great escape from "civilization" as well. Plan on returning as the lobsters are waiting and you are most welcome back. Thanks for staying with us.

Such a pleasure to hear that your adventures were awesome as this area truly is such! Strange as this may sound-the stories and comments we hear for our guests gives to us great joy in sharing our cottage with others. Love to have your family back for another adventure next year! The Precipice Trail awaits you!

Thank you Andrew for your thoughtful review. This is indeed a rusticators paradise with many parks, preserves, walks, and hikes to choose from. Of course, one may choose to just sit in the red chairs to relax the mind and cleanse the spirit right in the "front yard". Glad you found us and please plan on a return trip.

Indeed Mike - we hope you shall return to BPC as well. The pull of the outdoors is what bring most up and certainly back again (and again). Pleased you found all to your enjoyment. Let those restful times be with you throughout the year. Appreciate your review and stay with us.

Ah-the pink lamp with another thumbs up. Good to see some people around here have proper taste! Always a pleasure to hear that our guests have an enjoyable visit and found the cottage to their pleasure. "Our" local eagle here is growing up and appears to be doing well. Just watched him/her grab a fish larger then it's self! Such excitement right here on the shoreline. Thank you for your thoughtful review and pleasant comments. We shall welcome you back anytime.

A pleasure to have you and the family here at BPC. We often hear from guests that pull in both directions, relaxing in the red chairs or visiting the many areas in this location. Yes, the SARS CoV2 has disrupted the availability of much here. Shorten operational times, limited menus, limited staff, and closures. The human toll is unbearable. This season is seeing a rebound from last, but the impact may be with us for a protracted time. We enjoy providing a cottage for our guests to call "home" during their stay. Nice to hear this was your experience. Our pleasure to provide you with some memories. Your welcome to return and build new memories next season.

Many thanks for your kind review. Always a pleasure to hear when families get together and share adventures here. My cottage design was to capture the real prize here, the land, water, and sky. Our guests have made suggestions, left items for use by others, repaired an occasional problem, all enhancing the cottage and others experiences. Kind of a big family approach. So plan on building additional memories next year. We welcome you all back for more lobster, grilling and red chair relaxing.

WOW and double WOW-We wish to have you as director of marketing! The mix of nature and man made activities gives one quite a choice around here. I wish to add nothing to your very thoughtful and appreciated review EXCEPT- still so much to explore, you need to return again. Enjoy the memories. Milli Grazie.

Sorry I missed your birthday cake-perhaps next year. Always a pleasure to hear when our guests enjoy their time in this beautiful area. The red chairs will be calling you back next season!

WOW! Looking forward to spending some time there myself. Appreciate your thoughtful review and your stay. Indeed, this area is a very special place. Much to do and see or not. There is something primeval with spending time on the ocean, enjoying the sights, sounds, and smells. Pleased to hear you found some recharge time.
