Great for large families vacationing together. Relax at the beach or in the spacious backyard. Single story is great for families with small children and senior grandparents. Close enough walk to boardwalk but far enough to get out of the excitement. Good family restaurant (Saw Mill) on the beach for those days you don't want to barbecue.

Walk/run each morning or night on the 1.5 mile boardwalk to south Seaside Park and Island Beach State park for a great workout. Fishing at many local piers or IBSP. Family playground for the little ones within walking distance. No need to drive anywhere unless you want to explore the Jersey shore.

This was our third year staying here. So comfortable here. It’s just like being at home. The fire pit and Adirondack chairs were added this year and we really enjoyed having that set up in the yard! Great people, great house!

This is the best beach house ever! It is exactly like the pictures! So beautifully decorated and what a great owner to deal with. Walking distance to everything! We have already booked for next year!

It was the best house we ever rented. Just perfect!

Can't say enough about this house. Beautiful kitchen, nicely decorated, big living room and spacious backyard. My family had a great vacation while staying there. We would definitely rent again and would recommend it highly. Thanks Juan and Alisa!

Fantastic summer home for a great getaway!!!

We booked this house for a week in July 2017. It was a fantastic home!! It had every amenity you could think of! The backyard was spectacular! I would definitely recommend this house to anyone who was looking to rent in Seaside Park. Looking forward to renting next year!!!

Great place to stay

My husband and I stayed here after we sold our home and were undecided where to go next. For beach lovers like myself (yes even in the off-season) the location is fabulous. There is the beach that you can walk to as well as not being too far from the bay, plenty of restaurants that you can walk to or take a short car ride. The house worked very well for us, it was enough. I had room for my adult children when they came for a visit or for our grandson to come see us for the weekend. The kitchen is probably my favorite very open with plenty of seating, certainly enough for about 25. The full bath's shower one word AHHH, love it. One of the things I loved the most was the way it was decorated, it totally speaks beach from the oars on the wall to the porthole mirror in the half bath, beautiful. Top it all off with landlords that were so willing to make us happy, we had an unbelievable experience. I have said to my husband if we could have rented that house for eight years we may have. Thanks for allowing us to rent your home.

We look forward to sharing our home with families who enjoy an upscale and spacious relaxing environment and a beautifully furnished and updated home. Our home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.

You can walk anywhere from here - the beach is right up the block, close enough to comeback from the beach for a break for lunch. The Sawmill Restaurant and Park Pavillion are right down the street on the beach 1 block . This is where the boardwalk begins. Our Beach Entrance is ADA compliant. We are close enough to the board walk to enjoy it, but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of beautiful summer nights. We are also 1/2 mile walk from Hemmingway's and the Water Park for the kiddies and 2 blocks to the bay. Everything is within walking distance.
