From the sunrise on the lagoon to the sunset on the bay, you will enjoy an exceptional experience, from swimming in the outdoor private heated pool to relaxing in the hot tub or on the beach. Located in a quiet neighborhood, this spacious 4/5-bedroom house gives a direct access to the lagoon and complementary access to Ocean Gate beach. The house also offers a large office and free WiFi.
4 adult bikes (with helmets) and 4 one-person kayaks (with paddles and life jackets).
The pool is open from May to September and heated in June and in September.

This is a great opportunity to confirm to future guests that all amenities, including the use of the 4 adult bikes, the use of the pool and the hot tub, the use of the 4 one-person kayaks, the use of the beach passes, the use of the beach chairs, the use of the bed sheets as well as beach and bath towels, the use of the corn hole set, and the use of the kids toys, are all included in the booking cost - no extra charge. Additional charges are only for damaged or missing items.

Great location to enjoy either the private pool or take kayaks out on the bay. Very good communication throughout. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation, this is an excellent choice.

Wonderful place!

Stephane was an excellent host, and the house is amazing. We especially enjoyed the pool, hot tub, fire pit, and kayaks. The location is great too.

We thoroughly enjoyed this house! Everyone loved the pool, the view on the channel is spectacular and the location was convenient without being overly commercial. The house is incredibly comfortable and a great space for a multigenerational gathering. We were a family from age 2 through 75 and it was great for everyone.

Shore Vacation

Great quiet location central to many attractions and restaurants. The private sandy beach is literally a two-minute walk away, and a great way to enjoy the sunset. The rooms are large and easily accommodated our party of six. A very enjoyable week: we would definitely come back if in the area again.

Thanksgiving with Family

The owners were fantastic - from the welcome to the final check out.. even allowed us to stay longer!!! It was a great spot for family and the location was perfect! The house had everything!! I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Best Property I have ever stayed at

From the moment you pull in the driveway you can see that the pictures do this place enough justice with its beautiful views and indoor decor. Everything that could have needed was there as well. My group is most definitely going back there and I can’t wait.

Beautiful Home!!!

This is such a beautiful home not the mention the owner, Stephane, was more than accommodating we couldn’t have asked for a better trip! We recommend if you’re into BBQ to try Smokies BBQ it’s not even a 5 minute drive and was amazing!

Exceeded my expectations

We had such a great stay. The home was even better than described. It was extremely clean. The pool and hot tub were great. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. I definitely would come again, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great vacation house.

Stay at the Bayville!

I stayed with 9 of my friends here in late September. The pool was open and the whole house and property was amazing. Stephane was there to greet us and happily took us through the house to show us everything. We will definitely be back!

Yearly friends trip

7 friends get together annually and this year we chose The Jersey Shore! Our rental was wonderful- spacious, clean and offered a beautiful setting! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and views from the screened-in porch. Well worth the price.
