Dear Angela, Thank you for your feedback. In 2024, we fully renovated the apartment so everything is prepared to accommodate the new guests. Regarding the check-in, for safety reasons we have to do the check-in directly with the person who made the reservation. Painted the wall, increased the internet speed, bought a new bed for upstaris and we improved the amenities! If you arrive early you can leave the luggage in our office, located in Cais do Sodre!
