Warm apartment restored in March 2012, on the last floor with elevator, benefiting from all the necessary comfort. It is close to all shops and main tourist places where the nearest are : Centre Pompidou (100m), Notre-Dame (300m), Louvre (500m), Le marais (50m), Orsay (800m), the Seine (100m), Hotel de Ville (100m), Quartier latin (400m).
Close to the station Chatelet, it allows to join quickly and directly all the Parisian railroad stations within 10 min and the Roissy airport and Orly within 30 min.
The powner also present in the building will welcome you warmly and are available to indicate you the main places of interest of the city.
This calm appartment will also seduce evening people by its livened up district close to bars, restaurants, cinemas and friendly nightclubs.

We loved this charming apartment in the perfect location in Paris. Sebastian was very friendly, the AC was great and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the high-end touches: rock wall, beautiful doors, artwork, the view, and the clothes washer. There is great food and shopping right out the door and Notre Dame is a short walk away. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay here for our first time in Paris. The owner met us when we arrived and gave us good information about the city. We were able to walk to restaurants and a nearby grocery store. It was an easy walk to bus and train transportation to get anywhere we wanted to go. It was quiet and comfortable. I loved the large bath tub. The neighborhood was lively and always bustling with people riding bikes and walking. We enjoyed our first time in Paris! Thank you, Sebastian!

I bought my family of 4 to Paris for a short trip, it was a great stay at this apartment for all of us! very clean and nice apartment, very convenient location to reach major sightseeing sites,we have a great city walk in a sunny day, great pleasure! the owner of the apartment is very hospitable and walm-hearted, will definately stay at the same apartment for my next trip to Paris and highly recommend to my friends who has the same needs!

Great stay

We had a phenomenal stay at this apartment. It was the perfect space for my wife and me to stay in for the honeymoon. Communication was spot on and the host was flexible with moving in and meeting us when we got there. My favorite part was the stone wall.

Very nice hosts in the location is amazing getting around Paris. The apartment was perfect for my daughter and I we both had a bed and all the amenities. Quaint old building maybe 1850s thank you!

The host, Sebastien, provided great instructions on the check-in process. Very happy to have an elevator for our luggage, as missed the apartment was located on the 7th floor. Apartment was cozy, comfortable main bed, couch bed was okay for my son. Bathroom was small for our 6’5” family member. Really happy with the location.

Everything was excellent as the apartment is in a great location to take in all the sites in Paris. Sebastian was excellent to communicate with as well. So everything was as we hoped it would be.

What a great week, the host, location could not have been better. Do not be afraid to rent that little appartement. We visited Le P'tit Bistrot restaurent 3 times just 1 minute walk just by tour Saint Jacques et maison Marnay 30 seconds from the front door every morning for pain au chocolate et mille feuille in the evening. Merci au plaisir de vous revoir.

Amazing location! We had a terrific stay. (We did not realize there was a small elevator in the building until day 2; this helps a great deal with bringing suitcases up to the top floors.)

Perfect post in Paris

The apartment was adorable and well equipped. If even had A/C and I which aren’t always common in Europe we found out. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Trip

Sebastian was very easy to work with and incredibly helpful for our first time in Paris. The little apartment was a great find and was so close to the metro it made it super easy to get around town.

A wonderful apartment

The rental had everything we needed. It was quiet at all times. It was in an excellent location for visiting the city. The owners were helpful and easy to contact. We would like to stay there again for our next visit to Paris next year.

The perfect place

It is Centrally located which makes it easy to go to all of the must see attractions in Paris :). Easy walk outside and just pick a place and enjoy the food no really bad choices. Perfect!
