Situado entre la planta baja y el primer piso, con acceso por unos 10 escalones, el alojamiento se encuentra retirado de la calle. Esto permite disfrutar de un ambiente tranquilo, estando a la vez muy cerca de cafeterías, restaurantes, comercios y lugares emblemáticos de la orilla izquierda de París.

El estudio es perfecto para una pareja o una persona sola. También puede alojar a un tercer huésped gracias a un sofá cama con un colchón real y cómodo.

Fabfricio was easy to work with. We arrived very early to Paris and he had no other guests there so checking in early was a plus! Very quiet area. A little difficult to get in at first, but his detailed videos were very helpful! Lots of nightlife in the area, excellent food spots as well! We will stay here again

Cozy little place in a very lively neighborhood, but tucked away enough from the street that noise isn’t an issue. The apartment was clean and well-equipped with everything you might need. Fabricio was very communicative and made check in relatively easy for us. He even let us know when the apartment was ready a few hours early which ended up being a big help. I would stay here again!

This apartment is an excellent place to stay in a very comfortable neighborhood. Everything was exactly as described…. It had everything we needed and was very clean. The kitchen is nicely supplied with all the basics, including cooking oils and basic seasonings and good coffee options. The little patio is a perfect place to relax in the afternoon or to enjoy a quiet morning. We enjoyed the neighborhood immensely. The traffic is primarily walking and bikes, with only a few cars. The public squares within 5 minute walk or less were beautiful places to enjoy sitting at a cafe and people watching or enjoying the random live music whenever it occurred. There are also grocery stores, pharmacies, and outdoor markets all within about 7 minute walk in various directions. We also want to say that the host was prompt in communicating with us, and was always very helpful. We highly recommend.

An absolutely perfect location in the best part of the Latin quarter, with excellent restaurants on the doorstep. A beautifully renovated apartment in a charming historic building that set the mood for our whole trip. Excellent communication from our host Fabricio. Recommended most highly!

We had an absolutely amazing stay! Fabricio and Marc were wonderful from booking until checking out. The apartment provided everything needed and more! We absolute loved the neighborhood and it was the perfect escape from the busy sides of Paris!!

Great time in the Latin Quarter

The apartment is really small- but maybe no smaller than one should expect in Paris. The street it is on is very nice for restaurant options and the Rue Mouffetard is only a pleasant stroll away (2-3 blocks). We had a great time and the hosts were very helpful and friendly.

Great Place & location

Loved the apartment. Cozy and in a great location. Many good restaurants right out the front door. Easy to get to the Metro and very lively at night. The blowdryer worked amazingly, and I wasn't expecting that. We slept very well and couldn't hear the outside noise from the street.

Cozy apartment

Apartment is small but cozy. The patio definitely adds to the space when the weather is nice. There were a few hiccups during our stay but Marc was very responsive and took care of everything.

Fabulous Stay in Paris

We had a fabulous stay in this apartment. It was clean, functional and very well thought out. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was immaculate. Communication was very very good and our hosts could not have been more helpful. The location is excellent. We recommend the apartment to anyone.

Great location

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The location was better than expected....walk out the door and everything you need is right there. The bed is very comfortable and a nice size. Bathroom was very clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked and there was even milk, bottled water and a couple sodas that we really appreciate. We would definitely stay again!

The apartment and location were perfect for us. Even though it's in the heart of the Latin Quarter, the apartment is quiet and private. It is clean and comfortable. Fabricio met us at the door and was friendly and helpful.

Absolutely fantastic stay. The apartment is so cool and in a great location. It was the perfect size and had everything we needed. Our group included one adult and two children. I think it would have been a bit crowded if we had 2 adults, but for us it was great. Marc, the host, was very communicative regarding entry to the apartment. I would recommend this rental to friends and hope to come back someday.

Paris Get-Away

This is a cozy studio with all the amenities. We particularly appreciated the coffee maker! We stayed 3 nights but it would be comfortable for a longer stay. The patio is lovely. Fabricio and his family were very accommodating with early luggage drop off and apartment access. We would stay again!

Wonderful stay

Perfect location. Very quiet. Small but efficient and newly finished in historic building. Marc was very helpful. Close to excellent brasserie, restaurants, wine store and fromage shop. Notre Dame is 15 minutes. Courtyard was also very useful and quiet. Would recommend new bath linens but that’s about all.

Lovely little studio

My daughter and I had a wonderful time at this apartment. Staying in the 5eme is a treat: no tourists and great restaurants w menus in French and locals all around. Loved the neighborhood and close-by metro. It was too cold to enjoy the terrace, it’s a beautiful extra space that I makes the space feel bigger.
