Inside: 32 "Smart TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, kitchen complete with pots and pans.
The presence of animals, subject to authorization, requires a supplement of 100 euros for final cleaning.
The location of the property allows you to move comfortably without using the car. The major attractions of the "White" Leuca can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. The lighthouse, the promenade, Punta Meliso, the villas, the sanctuary ... At your disposal 1 reserved parking space inside the property, access to common areas (gazebo and bbq for fantastic barbecues with friends, washing machine) in the back garden.
Linen, utilities (water, electricity, gas, air conditioning) and final cleaning included in the price (the guest must still clean the services and cooking area when leaving), tourist tax not included.
In August the stay is weekly.
