**Though our cleaning team has always been thorough, we have implemented enhanced cleaning procedures between each guests stay. We recommend bringing additional hand sanitizer and using at increased intervals as you spend time in and around the property. Additionally, it is recommended that shoes are removed and left at the door upon entry.**

If you're looking for a perfect beach getaway, The B.E.A.C.H.H. at Hilton Head Resort is a lovely choice. The Hilton Head Resort boasts two outdoor pools, an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, exercise room, indoor walking track, six lighted tennis courts, two restaurants (one poolside, one beach side), a gift shop with bike rentals, beach volleyball court, outdoor picnic tables and grills, a gated entrance, 24/7 security, and even beach front restrooms! The actual beach is accessed by a short stroll down a boardwalk over beautiful marshlands, but if you don't feel like walking, there is a shuttle available. Once on the beach, you'll find Coco's, an island themed restaurant with a full bar and panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. If you're a golfer, take a break from the beach and swing some clubs at the Robert Trent Jones golf course next door!

Each unit at Hilton Head Resort is privately owned. Our condo is not just an investment, it is our family vacation home. As such, you are ensured that it will always be in good condition, and our hope is that you will feel like you are staying at a friend's place. Our condo is a non-smoking condo (including the screened in porch area) and smoking is only allowed in designated areas of the resort.

During your stay there are beach carts, beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrellas, a cooler and beach toys available for use. In addition, all fresh linens (towels and sheets) are provided at the beginning of your stay.

With relaxing views of the beach and dunes, our 2 bedroom/2 bath condo, (located in Building 2) which sleeps up to 6, is the perfect destination for your beach vacation. Bathed in soothing hues from the ocean our condo is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, a 40" flat screen television and other amenities to mimic the comforts of home when you're not on the beach or exploring the island. At a glance:

For use in the condo: Newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen including blender, toaster, coffee pot, dishes and utensils. As well as, an iron/ table top ironing board, and a blow dryer.

For your enjoyment at the beach: 6 beach towels, 2 beach umbrellas, a small-med. soft side cooler, and beach cart

Sleeping: 1 Queen bed, 2 twins and a Queen sofa bed are in the condo.
