Hilton Head Resort is the best value on the island and this two bedroom- two bath, WiFi equipped unit is one of the nicest at Hilton Head Resort! The balcony has a great view of the marsh, golf course and the ocean!

The kitchen has been upgraded with granite countertops and stainless appliances. All furniture and bedding has a bright and cheerful beach themed décor. We are located in the preferred Building Two, adjacent to the main pool and close to our private access to the ocean.

There is no smoking inside the villa but smoking is allowed on our comfortable balcony that has a beautiful view of Robert Trent golf course, lagoon, marsh and ocean. The pool has a Tiki Bar with an adjoining grill/convenience store with WiFi internet capabilities, bike rentals and more. The food from the grill is quite good there is a full service bar inside. Beach toys and boogie boards, etc. are also available.

Our gated resort is centrally located and has 24 hour security. Enjoy our amenities which include two outdoor pools and one heated indoor pool with kiddie pool which is located at our great year round recreation center. This facility also includes a fitness center, hot tub and sauna, and an indoor track. Not in the mood for a swim or work out …Not to worry because our resort also has 6 lighted tennis courts. All amenities are available free of charge to all guests.

It is a short leisurely walk over the marsh on our private boardwalk (or you can hop on the resort's beach shuttle) that ends at Coco's On the Beach, a quaint little 'oasis'; and steps beyond that is the nicest beach you will find on Hilton Head Island. Along the way, enjoy the scenic saltwater marsh which is abundant with wildlife, including egrets, herons and crabs. You will never worry about crowds at this beach and it is truly beautiful.

Golf is just steps away with The Robert Trent Golf Course (located next to the property). This course is famous for the #10 ocean hole. The view approaching the hole is spectacular and can be viewed from our oceanfront grill, “Cocos”. This private cabana has restrooms, food and drink and is good place to take a break from the sun or wait out a brief rain shower.

Wonderful week in Hilton Head

We really enjoyed our stay. Owner was extremely responsive and offered flexibility though luckily our stay wasn't affected by storm Debby. Loved the golf course/ lagoon view and Coco's on the beach was awesome too! Highly recommend!

Short walk to beach

The board walk made it super easy to get to the beach. Nice and clean condo with lots of amenities. Loved our time here.

Great place to stay in Hilton Head

Everything was just as listed. Very well stocked, and nice location away from the busier parts of the island but not far away either. The resort has a lot of amenities available too. The property owner is very friendly and responsive. We had a great stay!

Good stay

Was a overall good stay. Close to beach, not far from dining. Parking lot needs more parking closer to our building and maybe add another elevator on each end. Otherwise everything was great.

Great Place

Only had one issue and it was resolved by the owner very quickly. Very good and fast communication. Only thing we didn’t like was the long walk to the beach. Not the owners fault and he provides you a beach cart which helped.indoor pool the kids loved

Xmas in Hilton Head

Our family spent 11 days at tbe HH Resort over the Xmas break. Condo was great and we enjoyed our time there. Nothing beats a morning walk along tbe beach.

Beach Vibe

We had a wonderful time ! The host was extremely responsive. There is a golf course fairway , lagoon ocean view. The wood bridge looks long BUT very short trip to beautiful beach as well as fun tiki lounge at the path to beach.

Amazing Property

This was an amazing property that we had a great time staying at. The owner was a pleasure to work with and was very attentive to our request. The property was a great location with many amenities and close to many things to do. The beach bar was awesome as was the many restaurants close by. Can't wait to go back and stay here.

Boardwalk to the beach

We had a great time! The only thing is of you have small children, try for a lower floor, getting everyone up and down 3 flights of stairs every time we wanted to hit the beach was pretty exhausting. There are elevators but they are inconveniently placed

Very clean, spacious, and nicely furnished.

I didn’t realize the beach was a good 5 minute walk across the pier, but it was ok, no complaints from my kids. And the shuttle that ran was a nice amenity! The resort was a little hard to navigate at first, but we quickly got used it. Lovely place, will definitely book again.

Relaxing Vacation

The building itself is a little dated, but the villa is just as it looked in the pictures. I loved being able to walk out on the balcony in the morning and hear the ocean waves. Shopping/restaurants were not far away. We loved walking down to the beach using the convenient boardwalk. We especially loved the sunsets on the beach. We will definitely be back!

Just What We Needed

I have 3 sons ages 10, 14, and 16. We were able to get a much needed vacation with everything we needed in the resort. We felt safe, had easy access to the gorgeous beach and 3 pools along with a tennis court that my sons used to play volleyball. The view from the condo was gorgeous. My sons worked out in the workout room, my husband and I took morning walks, and we all enjoyed the delicious food and drinks at Cocos. We will be back again next spring.

Cute unit

I hate not to give 5 stars but there were some issues and I have to say we were most impressed how the owner responded. could not be fixed right then but there was true concern over them. We like that. We had and always have a wonderful time in Hilton Head. This location is great and this unit has a really nice view. Comfortable bed. Always a happy plus.

Great beach access with a bar!

We enjoyed our stay. The space was clean and had everything we needed. There were some beach items available for our use in the guest closet. A couple beach chairs, some toys, and most importantly a beach wagon! The walk across the boardwalk was not long, but a shuttle was also available. We enjoyed the beach bar just on the other side of the boardwalk. While there was some rain, we were able to enjoy the indoor pool and hot tub in the next building. There is an elevator between each building and the buildings are connected on each floor. There are also luggage carts near the elevator. Thanks for a great stay at a beautiful beach!

Great Rental

Condo was clean and very nice. It was perfect for our family of 4. Beach was great and the pool was very nice and fun. We ate at the grill down at the pool for breakfast and lunch a few times and the food was good and the people were very friendly. The condo was very close to Shelter Cove, which we frequented many times. Grocery store was also very convienient. The condo has a very nice ocean/marsh view. It is a bit of a walk to the ocean, but thankfully we brought our wagon so our 2 small girls did not have to walk. They enjoyed riding to the beach looking at the crabs and other wildlife along the way. You can also take the shuttle down to the beach also if you do not have a ton of stuff that you are carrying. Hilton Head is a great family friendly island, even for families with small children. Lots of play grounds and other activites to do. We went on the pirate cruise one morning and had an awesome time. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!!!

Everything we had hoped for

We love Hilton Head and visit nearly every summer. This property was just as described and the pictures do not do justice to just how nice this condo is. The view from the balcony is beautiful and my wife and I and our three young children had a wonderful time. The new appliances, counter tops, decor, etc. are lovely and the condo was well-equipped. The beach cart made the short walk to the beach on the boardwalk very easy. The walk itself is very nice offering beautiful marsh views including tons of fiddler crabs and various types of birds. We did not use the indoor pool, but the outdoor pool was quite nice and we took advantage of the gift shop, deli and bike rentals around the pool. Bill was great to deal with and we even called last-minute to see about staying another day. He was kind to put through all of the paperwork to accommodate us. I would definitely recommend this wonderful property to friends and family and would also recommend to them that they eat at the Skull Creek Boathouse on the Intercoastal Waterway (Squire Pope Rd.) and get some fresh seafood to take home and cook from Barnacle Bill's (just a quarter-mile up 278). There are several grocery stores close by, the nearest being the Piggly Wiggly about a half-mile down 278.

Good value, pretty views, needs some TLC

The resort is in a good location and this condo has a great view over the golf course, marsh, and a bit of the ocean. Very pretty! The unit was much more worn than we expected and not as clean as we had hoped. For example, there were long black hairs on the sofa, the shower curtain in the master bathroom was old and thin, there was duck tape over some of the thresholds to rooms, and there was peeling paint in places. Also, the couch was extremely uncomfortable and the bed in the master bedroom sunk in towards the middle. I will say that the kitchen was nice and everything in the kitchen seemed clean. There were some missing lightbulbs or lightbulbs that were not working. The website listed a washer and dryer as an amenity for the unit; however, there is not one in the unit but rather a communal laundry room that you have to pay to use. I will say that the laundry room was very clean and the washer/dryer quite big so that was nice. Overall, this place has a lot of potential with a little extra TLC.

Perfect for a beach vacation

A 4.5 rounded up to a 5 star location. You really can’t beat the location, the boardwalk isn’t too long and there’s a little shuttle that’ll drive you up and down. The indoor pool is heated but kind of small so on the rainy days it was very crowded. The outdoor pool with the bar felt much more relaxing vacation pool and less community center indoor pool. The kitchen is pretty well stocked in terms of cookware, we made a lot of our meals and the only thing I found myself wanting was a muffin tin. The best part of this unit for me was the included beach accessories. Having an umbrella with the corkscrew bottom was so helpful; and the wagon made carting three chairs, towels, an umbrella, and toys a much easier task. The cart doesn’t push easily on the loose sand so it helps to have someone pull as you push. Cocos has great food and smoothies, my kids went nuts over their chicken tenders. There’s plenty of places to leave your beach stuff while you eat or grab something to go. The resort overall felt a bit dated, not necessarily in a bad way but it was noticeable. The lamps in the unit were kind of dusty and a few bathroom fixtures were loose, I felt like I was always being extra cautious to not knock a towel rack off the wall. I loved the views, you’ll probably get to see several alligators in the water around the resort, huge perk for me but I know not everyone gets excited about wildlife like that. Overall I really enjoyed our stay and I would stay here again
