This historic property in Eureka Springs has been expertly renovated to a beautiful modern VRBO property. Everything was well planned for a luxurious comfortable stay. We could walk to restaurants, springs and downtown Eureka. We will be back to stay!!!

This unit was perfect for our group of 4 women for a girls trip. Two king beds, two bathrooms, living room, dining table, small and functional kitchen and bonus outdoor space. Parking is just outside the door with two dedicated spots. It was wonderful!!

Fantastic place to stay In Eureka Springs! Extremely clean, good amenities, newly renovated and within walking distance to downtown Eureka Springs. We loved sitting on the balcony with our coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. We will stay here again when we return.

The place was beautiful, very clean, and comfortable! Location is perfect if you are in to walking around town! Everything is very convenient too! I’ve been a contractor for 40 years and the renovation was extremely well done! That might not matter to some people but it was refreshing for me to see quality work where I’m relaxing!

This property is a gem. Very clean, well furnished and comfortable, with an excellent location within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. It had easy access and designated carport parking with great outdoor spaces, including a private and spacious porch off our unit. We didn’t use the hot tub, but it was available to us. Our host was gracious and helpful. We highly recommend this property.

Extremely clean!! Parking for this condo was right outside the front door. Very convenient. We were in Eureka Springs to see the Passion Play. This condo was in a perfect location. Just a couple of miles to the entrance to the play and within walking distance to the shops and restaurants on the strip. It was a very cozy condo with enough room for 2 couples. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo.

We love staying here! Perfect location! We walked downtown, rode the trolly (stop is just feet away from the front door), soaked in the hot tub, had a perfect long weekend get away!! We will be back!!

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful, clean and updated old building. The location was excellent for proximity to shopping and a few of the many local springs while still being in a nice quiet neighborhood. We had a fun time trying to locate all of the frogs located around the property, but were only able to find 24 of the 37 that were reported to have been there at one time. Some may have decided voluntarily or not to relocate to other locations.

Loved our stay!

This property was everything we needed for a relaxing girls weekend! In the heart of Eureka Springs within walking distance of shopping and activities. We also loved the hot tub provided for a little relaxation. Would 10/10 recommend!

We loved being able to walk to the shops and restaurants. Aspen was so communicative that I never had a question. I would definitely recommend 151 Spring Suite D.

Would definitely stay again!

Love this property! It's clean, great location that is convenient to downtown and spacious with comfy beds. We had a couple of questions and Aspen was very helpful and quick to reply. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Spring Break in Eureka

Enjoyed a quick 2 night stay. Condo was very comfortable, clean and matched the listing description. The off street parking, quick walk to downtown and convenience of being on the red trolley route, made the visit easy to manage with elementary age kids. Would definitely book again!

Christmas Eureka Springs

The property was perfect. Very clean, the view off the deck was beautiful. Close enough to downtown to walk but far enough for privacy. Would come back for sure. A beautiful place..
