Beautifully renovated country property hosted by great friendly people. Excellent kitchen and large full bath. Field next door full of curious funny sheep.Easy drive to York, Helmsley, Castle Howard and Whitby.One of our best ever VRBO finds. Book it.

Beautifully converted hayloft with downstairs garden room. Immaculate presentation and very well equipped. Lovely friendly hosts - appreciated the phone call on the evening before check-in and the personal welcome. We shall definitely come again!

This was such a gem. Tucked away in somewhere quiet and peaceful but still accessible to so many places. Perfectly well equipped and totally spotless. Great quality everything. We had amazing week

Spotlessly clean, very cosy interior, all mod cons present, every square inch well- used and functional. Superhosts Dawn and David are living next door, very helpful and respect privacy of the guests

What a fantastic stay we had in the most beautiful apartment, it was immaculate , modern and had everything you could possibly need , the hosts Dawn and Dave couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful, even giving us a knock to look at the eclipse through Dave’s old welding mask, the property also has a stunning garden and garden room,we would highly recommend a stay here and we look forward to returning again

Great holiday

The Hay Loft provide everything we needed for a restful holiday. It was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. We enjoyed walking in the country and visiting places of interest which there are close by.

Great accommodation in a beautiful location

Lovely accommodation in a great location for exploring the surrounding area. Weather was beautiful and able to sit out in the garden room in March. Dave and Dawn were friendly and helpful.

A great stay at the hayloft. It was exceptionally clean, had everything you needed and more. David and Dawn were very welcoming, we will definitely be going back. .

Great location for North Yorkshire

Fabulous property, clean, modern and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great location with rural views and walking distance to nearby pub for Sunday lunch. Highly recommended!

Stunning property

We had a fantastic week at this stunning property. The location was perfect for exploring Yorkshire. We visited the moors, coast and Castle Howard. We would highly recommend this property.

Just visited this delightful property for a few days and cannot fault any part of it. Superb quality throughout and in an excellent location to explore the beauty the area has to offer.
