Lovely, relaxing stay

We are just back from a wonderful break at the villa in early May 2024. The villa is better than the listing shows as they have refurbished since the photos were taken. Very clean and comfortable with full amenities. We had beautiful weather so were able to really enjoy the gorgeous outdoor areas and a dip in the lake. We really enjoyed a peaceful week, mainly hanging out at the villa.

Great villa in super location in lake Lugano.

Villa in a great location on Lake Lugano. Direct and private access to the lake via steps in your own garden. parking space above the house. Large family car with roof box does not fit in the garage, but can stand in front of it. Possibility to fish from the garden. BBQ available. House is on 2 levels with a total of 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms. Next to the lake, also a large garden where children can play and sunbathe safely, lake is fenced. Surroundings are also great. Visit to Milano by train very nice, Lugano and small town nearby. Hiking, swimming, sports. We will definitely like to visit again. Many thanks to Mauro, we liked to stay at your place very much!

Could not be better actually

It was a dream stay from the first to the last minute. Mauro, the owner, welcomed us an the door and showed around. Anytime we needed an advice or an assistance he reacted immideately. The villa is huge, containing of two appartments, with each situated on its on floor and having two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. They are connected by an interior stairs as well as a way through outside. There is also a loan, a big balcony on the first floor, and a terrace with a direct lake access on the ground floor. Each room has a great views to the lake. It's so greate that we were just staying in the house almost all the time enjoying the lake. The water ist very clean and warm. I would have given 10 stars!

Maison très agréable et idéalement située au bord du lac, avec accès direct à la baignade. Les environs sont très intéressants à visiter. Les échanges avec Mauro ont été très simples et efficaces. La seule difficulté est peut-être la circulation à pied dans la rue qui est étroite et passante.

Die einzigartige Lage und das schön renovierte Haus hat den Urlaub perfekt gemacht. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist grandios. Vom kleinen gemauerten Steg kann man quasi ins "eigene" Wasser springen. Für empfindliche Füße empfehle ich Wasserschuhe. Eine kleine Anmerkung zur Verbesserung der Sauberkeit. Wir hätten gerne mal zwischendurch mit einem Besen durch gefegt. Aber es war keiner zu finden Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Traumhafte Lage mit direktem Seezugang und Nordausrichtung waren in den zwei Wochen, in denen wir dort waren, sehr viel wert. Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht. Wir waren zu zweit mit Hund und aus unserer Sicht ist es für Hunde ideal. Das Haus ist perfekt geeignet für zwei Familien. Wenn man mit zwei Autos dort parken möchte, ist das möglich, aber eins kann man auch auf einen nicht weit entfernten, etwas größeren Parkplatz, der öffentlich ist, abstellen. Der kleine Ort hat einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen, der sehr gut ist. Ansonsten wird man viel mit dem Auto unternehmen. Man kommt in einer knappen halben Stunde zum Comer See. Größere Supermärkte erreicht man in 10 Minuten. Lago di Piano war perfekt für unsere Runden mit dem Hund und zum Joggen. Und in Polzer gibt es Möglichkeiten, dass der Hund auch (sicher) ins Wasser kommt.

Die Villa ist modern eingerichtet und relativ frisch renoviert. Die Fotos werden dem aktuellen Zustand nicht gerecht, denn die Räume sind wirklich praktisch und schön eingerichtet. Die Bäder sind sehr großzügig und neu. Ideal für Familien und mehrere Personen. Es gibt reichlich Stauraum mit vielen Schränken. Die Küchen waren ausgezeichnet ausgestattet. Die Villa bietet durch ihre 2 Stockwerke genügend Räume, in denen sich alle versammeln können aber auch ruhige Rückzugsorte. Von dem Balkon und der großzügigen Terrasse hat man einen tollen Blick auf den Luganersee. Uns hat der persönliche Seezugang auch sehr gut gefallen. Mauro ist ein freundlicher Gastgeber, der jederzeit erreichbar war und sofort bei Fragen jeglicher Art schnell und nett geholfen hat. Einziger Nachteil: man kann die Villa nur sehr schlecht zur Fuss verlassen da sie an einer engen Bergstrasse liegt. Für Unternehmungen waren wir immer auf saß Auto angewiesen aber dafür hat man auch seine Ruhe.

L'emplacement et la maison sont parfait. Au bord du lac avec un acces privé à l'eau, c'est vraiment bien. Dommage que le temps n'etait pas au rendez-vous, orages et pluie presque toute la semaine. Pas de chance pour notre séjour. La maison est bien équipée, il manque un micro-onde mais ce n'est pas vraiment indispensable. Nous avons quand même pu visitez cette superbe région en profitant des quelques eclaircies.Nous y retournerons surement en esperant une meteo plus clemente.

Urlaub am See

Der gesamte Aufenthalt war top, die Unterkunft entsprach den Erwartungen. Im nahen Supermarkt morgens zu Fuß frische Brötchen geholt, jederzeit Abkühlung im See genossen, Ausstattung der Unterkunft war bis auf die Gläser hervorragend ( 2 Kühlschränke, 2 Geschirrspülmaschinen, 2 Kaffeemaschinen, genügend Pfannen, Töpfe, Schüsseln ), Zimmer und Duschen geräumig und gut eingerichtet.Die Dörfer Osteno und Claino sind zum Glück weit weg von Massentourismus, sehr idyllisch, super Bar am Hafen

Es hat alle unkompliziert und reibungslos funktioniert. Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus, welches einen zeitgemäßen Ausstattungsstandard hat. Direkter Zugang zum See. Für uns gibt es keinerlei Kritikpunkte.

Traumhafte Aussicht

Die strasse oberhalb des hauses ist gefährlich, das heisst, am besten mit dem auto irgendwo hin fahren und ab dort spazieren gehen.Ansonsten traumhafte Lage direkt am See.Küche bestens ausgestattet, bäder und küchen recht neu, die oberen zwei zimmer sind sehr schön!

Grosses, modernes Haus an aussergewöhnlicher See-Lage

Sehr schönes, sauberes, modernes, grosses Haus direkt an Lago di Lugano mit eigenem Seezugang. Die Bilder widerspiegeln nicht die Schönheit des Objektes. Mauro war sehr entgegenkommend und antwortete auf unsere Fragen und Wünsche in unkomplizierter, sehr schneller Weise. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Besser geht es nicht

Der Aufenthalt war perfekt. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Vor allem die Lage direkt am See ist toll. Sehr netter Gastgeber, sehr sauber, schöne Einrichtung. Wir planen wiederzukommen.
