There are two sets of washer/dryers in this home, one set on the first level and another set on the mid-level in a laundry room with sink. Also on the first level of the home are three bedrooms; 1 queen, 2 singles (1 with hideaway trundle), 1 pyramid bunk with hideaway trundle. The mid-level of the home offers two king master bedrooms each with private bath, and two more queen bedrooms that share a bath between them. All four bedrooms have ocean views and sliders to the oceanfront deck. The last king master bedroom is located on the top level of the home and also offers a beautiful blue water view and slider to the oceanfront deck. The spacious great room provides panoramic views of ocean and sound through its plentiful windows and sliders. The well-appointed kitchen offers high-grade appliances including dual dishwashers and a large breakfast bar providing flexibility to dinner-time seating options that also includes a large dining table. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
