A great property for our family vacation. It accommodated eleven people(6 adults and5 children) very well. The pool and game room at the house were a great bonus! We would definitely recommend this property to anyone needing a place for a group or large family.

Beautiful and comfortable home. All the amenities you would want and need during your stay. Very good communication with host/management. The kitchen needs upgrading, which I'm sure is in their future plans, since everything else was in excellent condition. A perfect home away from home!

The property fit our needs perfectly. The rooms, amenities, and location. However, was not operational for 48 hrs. the night light in the front bathroom is broken, and the ceiling light and fan were not working in the master bedroom.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay. We apologize if the security gate personnel was a bit rude or overzealous. The grounds are one of the safest around and that is due to the security personnel confirming all quests are authorized and have all the proper credentials.

Great, clean, relaxing place

From beginning to end our stay was great. Check-in was easy. Place was clean, spacious and exactly what we wanted. 2 families, 12 people total and plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen was the best (most fully stocked) we've ever had in years. Location was great, close to parks and close to amenities in the community.

Had everything we wanted

This house was a very comfortable stay in a lovely neighborhood. The beds were comfy, and the themes were a nice touch for the kids. The house was very clean, and any communication with the property manager was professional. They responded quickly to all requests. For the most part, it was exactly what we were looking for. We would stay here again for sure.

Great property! Beautiful house and pool.Very convenient location.

We had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful home. Plenty of room for our party of 13 , kids, grandkids and grandparents! Beds for everyone. The teenagers loved the game room in the evenings( when it cooled off). The pool was great after a long hot day at the theme parks. Quick access (15 min) to Disneyworld and Universal ( 20 min). This is by far the best stocked rental we have ever stayed in. Plenty of linens...even pool towels! The kitchen had everything you could desire. The management company was quick and friendly with its help( smoke alarm beeping). Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay.

Everything we needed and more! Very close to Disney & Highway I-4

Our family (2 adults & 6 kids) stayed here for the whole month of January, 2017. This home offered plenty of room and more, to accommodate us. There are plenty of bedrooms and beds to sleep multiple families if needed. We spent most of our free time swimming in the private pool & hot tub in the backyard, but also enjoyed our time at the resort pool. Everything we needed was provided; plenty of dishes, linens, towels, and much more, which made our stay easy and enjoyable, with all the comforts of home. The home is well maintained, and clean. The property management company was very quick to respond to our needs when we called. The owners are absolutely wonderful to work with. They even checked in with us a few times during our stay, to see how everything was going. We had a smooth transition from start to finish. I highly recommend this home! Thank you again for allowing us to stay here!

Overall, loved this house and had no major issues. We had one of our volleyball teams stay there with 13 people. The one room with the basketball bed would be hard to fit two, but luckily we did not need that. The house was clean and came with a lot of appliances and extras :). Would use again!

Overall Nice Stay

We rented this property with some other friends that were attending a volleyball tourney in Orlando. Overall, we really enjoyed the property. It had a lot of space, bedrooms, and bathrooms, and a layout that worked well for us. We had a few very minor issues that were handled promptly by the Property Manager and owner. I would stay here again in the future.
