This is a great place to stay. Easy walk to downtown Black Mountain and quick drive to Asheville. The place is cozy and comfortable. Mary is great host and very communicative. We will definitely stay here again.

Cozy spot within walking distance of town. Nice details (soft towels, creamer in fridge), very comfortable, off street parking, amazing soaking tub.

The upper cozy room was absolutely cozy! Mary went above & beyond to make sure everything I could possibly need was there. Everything was clean, check in/out was simple, and Mary was so hospitable. The view & tub were just what was needed. Thank you, Mary & family! I’ll be back.

Truly a cozy getaway! The space was super clean and welcoming right as we walked in. Our dog had an awesome time and Mary was a wonderful, thoughtful host.

Charming room, perfect for two people. We had everything we needed and more. It was comfortable and clean. The fenced area for my dogs was their favorite and Mary was as kind as she could be. She went above and beyond to make sure my daughter and I had a wonderful time and we did! Highly recommend and hope to be back again.

The place was so clean, and perfect for us. The soaking tub was fabulous, and super clean. Mary is lovely and left us a bunch of nice things just to make the trip a little easier! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a small but gorgeous place to stay.

The host was very welcoming. We have had the pleasure of staying several times now and have been very pleased each time. It is the perfect spot for us while in the area. Very close to downtown Black Mountain and other area attractions.

Comfortable, walkable to downtown Black Mountain, wonderful private deck, comfortable bed, good value, and plenty of water pressure in the shower! One less star only because of the lack of sound privacy with the room below. Otherwise, the place and the host were truly hospitable.

The room was very cozy and beautifully furnished with lots of towels etc. The views of the mountains and neighborhood from window and deck were exceptional. The hosts was very accomidating.
