Everything was exactly as represented in the listing. There are Mountain View’s from the living room, a second floor sitting room with a picture window, and from the porch. There were restaurants close by and easy access to downtown Asheville. The duplex was in a quiet area with very little road noise. Lindsay was very helpful with suggestions and recommendations. Even though it is pet friendly, there were no signs that animals had been in the apartment. It was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. We slept soundly every night. I recommend this rental for a quiet visit to Asheville and surrounding areas.

Lindsay has thought of everything to make the property feel like home. She has a book to explain how everything works . Lists of every business by category if you need something. She communicates very well. Everything is clean as it should be and no surprises. The kitchen has everything you need. Very quiet neighborhood which makes sleeping just great. I would stay here again anytime.

Very good value for the Asheville area! Comfortable two floor duplex with kitchen and bedroom. We also used the futon as a separate sleeping area. The views from the porch and upstairs are as advertised, beautiful mountain vistas. We even got to see a small bear roaming outside one evening through the window.

The communication with the owner's was easy and concise. The expectations were made very clear. The property was very well maintained with comfortable furniture and plenty of extra pillows and blankets as needed. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary cookware. The view from the back of the house was amazing!

The only thing that we had a hard time with was the stairs. We don’t have them now and if we had been a bit more observant we would have seen them in the unit.

The property was clean and comfortable and the view was amazing. The property owner was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. I was coming to help clean out my dad’s house after my mom passed and ended up dog sitting his dog all week at our rental which I wasn’t anticipating but Lindsay was very understanding and allowed me to pay the pet fee after the fact so we could have my dad’s dog stay with us while we were there. I would definitely stay here again. The neighbors are friendly and the location is great. It’s only about 5 minutes away from the WNC Nature Center and the Blue Ridge Parkway.

My Favorite Location

I love staying here when in Asheville. It is so close to everything and the owner maintains it so well. The kitchen is stocked and the views from the living room and loft are amazing.

Asheville getaway

great views, very private

great views, very private and quiet location in a neighborhood. The house was clean and up to date, perfect the 4 of us. Close to town, stores, and restaurants, owners for great to work with, we would stay again

Great location at the end of neighborhood looking down towards the river and into the undeveloped portion woods/ mountains. Lovely and peaceful stay

Comfortable, convenient location with great views

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at this property. The hosts are friendly and responsive, but not obtrusive. The unit was really comfortable and well-equipped, and the deck was a great place to sit and have a meal or a drink, and of course enjoy the view. We would definitely stay here again.
