Ahoy2 is a tastefully 2nd floor apartment located on the Causeway Coastal Route, boasting sea views of Belfast Lough. The apartment is equipped to an excellent standard offering our guests a home from home with all the modern equipment necessary for an enjoyable stay.
Situated in a prime location Ahoy2 whether you are on holiday or a business trip will tick all the boxes.
Accommodation offers an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with separate toilet and wash hand basin, a shower room and bed room with a king size bed. A small double sofa bed is also available in the living area.

Bed linen, towels, heating, electricity and a small welcome basket are included in the rate.
As and an extra antibacterial cleaning products, shower gel, antibacterial hand wash and complimentary dressing gowns for use on your stay.
Although I have the minimum stay at 3 nights if there is a gap between bookings please send an enquiry.

Relaxing and Rejuvenating

Maxine is a wonderful host. She is so helpful and friendly. The place is very close to transit (bus/train) and walking distance to grocery stores, coffee shops, pubs and restaurants. Being able to wake up to the view of the water was probably my favourite thing. It was a great place relax and recharge. The bedroom had blackout curtains which made a big difference. The people are so friendly and it felt very safe, especially travelling on my own. On Thursdays there is a small farmers market in the parking lot close by. My favourite was a local company (Krazi Baker) who bakes fresh bread but they run out very quick so you need to go early. Overall it was exactly the vacation I needed!

Excellent accommodation and great location

Very clean and well equipped and we are very appreciative of the reception and assistance from our host who could not have done more for us. We look forward to a return visit in the future.

Beautiful apartment

Beautiful apartment in ideal location. Very comfortable, spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The host was very attentive during our stay, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

What a wonderful find

A very well appointed and spacious apartment with a lovely view. Had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Very thoughtful host Maxine. It was nice to be able to store our large suitcases in the storage cupboard out if the way. Great shower too. Situated in a lovely location, lots of things to do locally and easy access to Belfast and other tourist attractions Would thoroughly recommend this property.

Ahoy2 was superb.The place was immaculate 5 mins from castle,town centre etc.May I just say Maxine(business owner)was lovely and was always a phone call away if needed.Great views of the Lough and Belfast shipyard.Train and bus stops to the City just outside appartment,also Mauds ice cream shop nxt door!!

Super appart très cosy

Quartier sympa. Super vue sur mer. Appartement très sympa, super bien décoré et très agréable. On s'y sent bien. Parking gratuit juste en face. Belfast accessible en bus facilement. 2 toilettes. De l'espace. Propre. Hôte accueillante et facilement joignable. Nous recommandons.

Lovely stay - just wish it was longer

Having friends and family in Carrickfergus my husband and I know the area very well. Plenty of lovely places to see and the welcome is always second to none. Would recommend :)

Excellent base for exploring!

Thank you Maxine! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The information you passed on to us when we met was very helpful. Accommodation was superb and even roomier than we expected from the pictures. We highly recommend this accommodation, the only suggestion is 3 nights was not enough. We look forward to returning!

Beautiful location, lovely accommodation

Clean, spacious, well appointed, beautiful outlook, good area, convenient location ~ this lovely top floor apartment ticked all the boxes. We were welcomed warmly by Maxine, and given every assistance to have a lovely stay. While the apartment is located centrally, it still has privacy, and we felt it was a very good place to unwind and relax. Internet was good. TV not so good, and it would have been nice to have a bathtub, but everything else about the apartment was really wonderful. Kitchen and cooking facilities were excellent.

Lovely Ahoy2

My daughter and I had a most enjoyable week there. Maxine, the owner is a lovely woman and very helpful. The apartment was exactly like the photos, clean, well equipment and comfortable. The view out over the sea is wonderful! The area is quiet so we slept with the windows open. We used Ahoy2 as a base and travelled every day, and we had no trouble finding a parking spot upon our return. We would love to go back again.
