GREAT DOWNTOWN LOCATION - 5 minute walk to downtown shopping and dining

This beautiful historic house has two bedrooms with one bathroom, a large covered front porch, and a fenced in back yard. There is a nice large living room with a gas fireplace, queen sofa sleeper, and large windows when you enter the front door, a bedroom on the right with two twin beds, a formal dining room with a dining table, and in the back left portion of the house is another bedroom with a queen bed and a large closet with built in shelving. Located in the back right of the house is the kitchen, equipped with anything you should need to cook or bake. Just behind the kitchen is the laundry/sun room that exits into the back yard. The laundry room has both a washer and a dryer and ample room for storage. The back yard has a nice flagstone patio. There is an old shed in the back as well, but is not included in the rental. Front porch has chairs and side table for you to relax and enjoy.

I stayed at 710 Leroux, Flagstaff for the month of August to escape the heat in Henderson, NV. The house is adorable, very clean and well furnished. I was very comfortable, all of my needs were fulfilled and enjoyed the walkable distance to the downtown area. I found everyone friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Thank you and please keep up the good work. I plan to return next season.

The property was in excellent condition, close to downtown and hiking, was quiet, and had everything that we needed. The host was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. Would definitely recommend this rental and will likely stay here again.

A great home close to downtown Flagstaff, grocery stores and other necessities of life. Quiet neighborhood and a wonderful front porch! The house itself is well maintained and well stocked with cooking needs and appliances. Will definitely consider staying there again!

Very cute place and very clean. Proximity to downtown is great! A good place for a family with small children. The only downside was 1 bathroom for 5 people. But otherwise, a great place!

We really enjoyed our recent visit to Flagstaff and this cottage really made it great. It was exactly what we wanted; dog friendly, clean and comfortable. Attention to detail has created a place that has everything you need without any clutter. The fireplace and living room are cozy and the bed was very comfortable. We had a wonderful stay at this home. It’s in a great neighborhood, walking distance to downtown and quick drive up to snowbowl. The photos really don’t do it justice— it’s such a cute space and so comfortable. We would love to come back!

Our month long stay was amazing. The hosts were very responsive and the home was perfect. Walking distance to multiple coffee shops, restaurants, shopping… for being in downtown Flagstaff, it is very quiet. We loved the home and plan to come back.

This is my second vacation rental that I've set up. The other property has worked out so well that I am doing it again... I really enjoy taking care of these older historic homes and having people enjoy them. I grew up in Flagstaff and am now raising my family here and enjoy spending time working on these houses. I grew up within a mile of this location and went to school at Flagstaff High school located just a few blocks away. After high school I went on to the university of Denver to get a degree in mechanical engineering. I moved back to town and worked for Gore for a number of years before striking off on my own and doing vacation rentals.
