Our place is Centrally Located in Waco. You are close to a Target, a Starbucks and HEB...not far from Baylor and Magnolia. The house is tucked away on a peaceful, quiet street. The layout of our house provides a big open living space that is great for families (with kids) and big groups. If you love to cook, our kitchen is a great space to host.

Come stay in our Newly Renovated German Schmear house. 1970s Ranch-style turned European Eclectic. Plenty of room with a great open floor plan. Natural light throughout. We are located around 10-15 Minutes from downtown, Magnolia Silos, Baylor & McLane Stadium.

There where a few spots that needed some more deep cleaning but overall it was a great place to stay loved the decorations and the kitchen/family room was amazing had everything you would need and very spacious for a big family!

There was a little hiccup checking in but the host, Jeff, was quick to respond and get us set up. The house was lovely and perfect for our family. I would love to stay here again.

Great House

In town for golf tment at Ridgewood CC. Perfect location with quick access to dining options. Fantastic kitchen and big yard. Would definitely stay again.

Great house!

Our stay at the German Schmear house was amazing, it was what we thought it would be, very comfortable, close to everything. House was very clean and had lots of room for everybody. Would definitely stay there again. It was just a short drive to silos, restaurants, shopping.

Wonderful stay!

Great stay in Waco! Close to everything. Such a cool property. Crib and pack in play for kids. Lovely back yard. Communication with host was great! Would recommend!

Girls Trip

We had a wonderful time at this VRBO. Waco was fun visiting Magnolia and doing some shopping. It was nice to come back to this property in the evening and sit together in the living space. Bedrooms beautiful and comfortable. Thank-you !

Quick getaway

This property was perfect for a football weekend- great gathering space and backyard. Owners were great to work with and very responsive. Pictures accurately represent the property. We will definitely rent again!

Reliving HGTV episode in style.

The house was just like it appeared on the show. Beautiful open space downstairs and a well appointed kitchen. This is in a great quiet neighborhood not too far from the Magnolia Market to complete the experience.

Great stay!

Extremely clean. We used 3 of the beds and all were reported to be very comfortable. Sheets were sooo soft. Communication with owners was spot on. Stay here, if you want, because of the Fixer Upper connection. More so stay here because it is clean and a very comfortable home!

Gorgeous home!

This home is absolutely gorgeous! We are huge Fixer Upper fans and were so excited when we were able to stay at the German Schmear home. We enjoyed our stay and loved visiting Magnolia Table, Magnolia Market at the Silos and Bakery. Jeff and Sarah you have a gorgeous home and Thank you so much for sharing it with my family.

Beautiful family gathering

Our experience in this home was five star. The home was clean and fully stocked with anything you could need. We had plenty of soft towels and the beds were so comfortable. This home provided lots of laughter and good memories for us on this trip. We highly recommend this listing because Jeff and Sara have put a lot of thought into making this a comfortable home.

After College we both moved to Knoxville, Tennessee to both be on College Ministry staff with a local church. While in Tennessee we fell in love. We moved back to Texas in 2014 and got married. Now Waco, Texas is home and we love it there.
