*Completely refurbished corner unit with high ceilings and over 1300 square feet of living space with new and comfortable furniture.

*Master bedroom has a King SLEEP NUMBER bed which allows you to adjust the firmness of the mattress.

*Twin beds in the second bedroom allow you to convert them to King upon request. Sleeper sofa and Play and Pac are also available.

*New cabinets and appliances along with granite counters, travertine floor tile and newly installed wood plank vinyl floors to enhance the look.

*A 65” TV with premium cable, multifunctional wireless speaker, and high speed Internet await you.

*Well stocked kitchen if you care to eat in OR numerous eateries if you wish to dine out.

*Privacy sunshades on lanais if you wish to use them. Lanais include comfortable furniture for alfresco dining.

*Welcome gift of travel size toiletries plus light breakfast snacks.

*Beach gear with beach chairs, toys, towels, umbrella, cooler, and boogie boards along with wagon for transport via greenbelt to beach.

*Short walk along lovely, landscaped trails to three pools with spas and BBQ just steps from condo.

Lived up to all the reviews

I Had high expectations and they were all met and even exceeded no one our party wanted to go home the condo was beautiful. Great location within 30 seconds or less of the pool and Jacuzzi. would book again and not waste my time Looking at other properties overall super excellent

Beautiful condo, excellent location

Very nice condo, had everything we needed for a week! Loved being able to walk to the beach, beach towels and amenities were excellent. Great kitchen, comfy beds and bathrooms. Would absolutely stay again.

Nice layout and location

Enjoyed large family vacation with three units in same complex. Pool and beach close. Wonderful to have own kitchen and laundry facilities. This unit is a little dated but everything else overshadows.

Great stay

The Condo was wonderful. The Lanai could have been a little bigger for 4 adults, but it was still nice to have a lanai. It is a beautiful place to stay.

Great Option in Poipu

This is a great property. This area in Poipu feels like you are staying in a large resort. Multiple pools you can hit up, easy walk to Brenneke and Poipu Beaches, and a really clean a quite environment. You can't go wrong staying here.

Want more than you expected? This is the place for you!

The photos of this home did not do justice to the property. The high ceilings, large rooms, extra amenities, and easy access to the property was a nice surprise. We have VRBO’d places over a dozen homes and this one takes the cake! Thank you for all the extras and top notch kitchen, bathroom and bedroom essentials.

Lovely stay - wish it was longer

Really enjoyed our stay at Regency 111. The property had everything we needed, including beach towels, kitchen essentials, and beach chairs/wagons. The short walk to the beach via the greenbelt was nice with all the beautiful vegetation. Location is close to everything including Old Koloa town and Port Allen if you want to do a Napali coast tour from the southside. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Wonderful stay!

What a fabulous find! Our party of 6 enjoyed all the amenities in the condo as well as the short walk to Poipu Beach. We couldn’t have been happier and can’t wait to go back!

Great location, great property!

Great location. The property was well equipped with the small comforts to make our stay enjoyable. With the pull out beds, up to 6 people can be accommodated, with lots of living and dining space.

Regency 111

We had such a great visit to Regency 111! We especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen (the toaster oven was great), the lanais, the variety of fans and a/c, and the easy access to Poipu’s beaches. We would love to stay there again someday.

Great place stay

This was a wonderful condo, fully furnished with an abundant amount of beach supplies. The condo is clean and will maintain plenty of cooking supplies. To our pleasant surprise, it also had coffee for us in the morning as we got in late the night before. I would highly recommend this condo. It was perfect for my family of 5.

Awesome stay!

Our stay was fantastic and I highly recommend this unit. We are a family of five and were very comfortable. All amenities were close by and the unit was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Comfortable beds and all the fun outdoor gear you need. We’ll be back!
