Beautiful condo, excellent location

Very nice condo, had everything we needed for a week! Loved being able to walk to the beach, beach towels and amenities were excellent. Great kitchen, comfy beds and bathrooms. Would absolutely stay again.

Want more than you expected? This is the place for you!

The photos of this home did not do justice to the property. The high ceilings, large rooms, extra amenities, and easy access to the property was a nice surprise. We have VRBO’d places over a dozen homes and this one takes the cake! Thank you for all the extras and top notch kitchen, bathroom and bedroom essentials.

Great stay

The Condo was wonderful. The Lanai could have been a little bigger for 4 adults, but it was still nice to have a lanai. It is a beautiful place to stay.

Great Option in Poipu

This is a great property. This area in Poipu feels like you are staying in a large resort. Multiple pools you can hit up, easy walk to Brenneke and Poipu Beaches, and a really clean a quite environment. You can't go wrong staying here.

Lovely stay - wish it was longer

Really enjoyed our stay at Regency 111. The property had everything we needed, including beach towels, kitchen essentials, and beach chairs/wagons. The short walk to the beach via the greenbelt was nice with all the beautiful vegetation. Location is close to everything including Old Koloa town and Port Allen if you want to do a Napali coast tour from the southside. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great location. Clean and Bright

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this condo many times as the location and comfort of the condo is great. We came to vacation and primarily to visit with family who live on Kauai. We had lots of memorable visits with family which was awesome! We swam in the pool, boogie boarded and body surfed ar Brennecke’s, hiked the Mahaulepu trail, went zip lining ( Back County), and went on a sunset/snorkel cruise with Blue Dolphin. We ate at Wranglers in Waimea and got lots of shave ice from Uncles, burgers from Bubbas and pizza from Brick Oven. This particular condo is extremely comfortable. It has air conditioning which was a must for our family. It was very clean and very well equipped with everything that we needed. There are lots of kitchen items and cookware as well as silverware. It was nice to utilize the BBQ just steps away for grilling. We would highly recommend this condo as you won’t be disappointed!

Spacious and comfortable rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was perfect for our family of four (1 child, 1 senior, 2 adults) as we navigated the island. A lot of tours begin in Poipu, so the location of this rental was really ideal and most drives to the various tours we took (i.e., Ziplining, horse back riding, and Na Pali boat tour) only took between 5-30 minutes to get to. The layout and amenities were accurate. The property was very clean and well-maintained. Also the managing service provided alerts, reminders, etc. that were helpful for our arrival. Would definitely come back to this rental if we ever come back to Kauai! Thank you for making our trip relaxing and fun!

Paradise waiting for you

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the minute we stepped onto the property we were in paradise. The property is so well maintained and lush. The unit itself was clean and had everything you could need. All of the cookware was quality along with plates and etc. Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay and slept well in all the beds and pull out couch. The unit provides plenty of towels and beach toys. The walk to the beach is short which we loved. We’d definitely stay here again if we’re able to return.

Fantastic stay!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo. It is even better than the pictures- very clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to make your own meals. The lanai was great for morning coffee and eating outside every night. The property itself is so well maintained-gardens and pools were lovely. A short ten minute walk down to Poipu beach where we enjoyed beautiful sunsets, swimming and turtle and seal viewing. We were impressed with the property manager as well. We had to call her about a smoke detector issue and she promptly came over to assist us (thank you Vicki!). We would definitely rent this property again and do not hesitate to recommend it to others.

Wonderful and excellently equipped apartment

We spent an incredibly wonderful 10-day vacation here as a family. Our four children and we were delighted with the apartment. We particularly appreciated the cleanliness, the quiet location with the parking lot, the nearby pool with two great Weber grills, the excellently equipped kitchen and, to our great surprise, the many beach utensils, e.g. bodyboards, snorkeling equipment and toys. We found the apartment very nicely decorated and immediately felt at home. We never had rain, so we were always at the pool, on the beach or in the club. However, if it should rain, there is a TV, games, books and of course the club on site. You can also go shopping in Lihue. The communication was so good and everything was so clearly described that we had no questions for the reception. We felt very well informed and everything went very smoothly. We wholeheartedly recommend the apartment 100 percent and will be very happy to return. Thank you very much for this great opportunity to enjoy a vacation in Poipu. Mahalo!

The complex is well maintained, with beautiful gardens about. The condo itself was pristine, not to mention absolutely gorgeous inside!! Spacious, spotless, and seated perfectly within walking distance of everything you could need. The hosts have left many amenities, including a light meal for a first breakfast in case you get in late. The beach supplies were very useful, and in great condition; they came in very handy! (especially the wagon, chairs, and the reusable coolers) This rental really did come with almost everything you could need to enjoy the 3 wonderful beaches that are only a short walk away down a well illuminated path. 100% would stay here again! Mahalo!

Week long stay with friends

This property was so great! The living room and bedrooms were comfortable and well organized. The kitchen had everything you could need without being overstocked. It was one of the best rentals that I have ever had the pleasure of staying in while on vacation. Communication was so easy and text were answered almost immediately. Any questions were answered with accuracy and kindness.

Best rental!

This apartment was amazing. We’ve rented in many cities in Europe and this rental was the best overall. Very large with plenty of space for hubby and I in one bedroom with en-suite and my Mom in the second bedroom with the main bath for her. The kitchen was the best stocked I’ve seen - you could actually cook here with every pot, pan, cooking utensil, and appliance you could think of. I particularly appreciated the rice cooker! Loved the lanai - we sat out there every morning and evening. Laundry was so awesome to have, and great for my 81 year old Mom to be on ground level. We used the hot tub a lot too. It’s great that’s it so close to the unit - we could easily check to see if anyone was in it before we left the unit. We had a little trouble finding the unit in the dark when we arrived but after a few laps of the parking lot, we found it - probably just tired from our flight :) Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo

The condo was amazing! It was wonderfully furnished and tastefully decorated. The area was so beautiful and well maintained. We were less than 30 minutes from the airport and helicopter ride. We went zip lining and tubing adventure....all within 30 minutes. The ocean beach was a 5 min walk thrubthe resort grounds. We saw green turtles in the evening on the beach. We boogie boarded right there!! Thanks for having all the beach supplies we needed!! We appreciate the owners allowing us to share their beautiful place with us. This is a 5 star place.
