The property is in an excellent position for theme parks and restaurants. The estate itself is lovely and has a very safe feeling.The pool area is very large and well equipped with seating / loungers and has an excellent view of the lake.The house has plenty of space and the seating and beds are all very comfortable. We would definitely make a return visit.

We had a great stay. Perfect for our family of 10 which included 4 kids and 6 adults. Lots of space to spread out in the 7 bedrooms. We loved the abundance of loungers by the pool and the sunshine from early morning to late afternoon. Having no backyard neighbours and a vacant lot on one side, made this the most private property we have stayed at in Formosa Gardens. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent this property again!

This home accommodated our 12 people very nicely! Great area to take walks in the morning as well! Our host responded quickly when we had questions. I would have given 5 stars, but we did have some issues with the pool/hot tub not working/heating properly.

We had a fabulous holiday, and this is a beautiful property. We were a party of 10, extended family with 6 adults and 4 young children aged from 5-10. The property is well maintained, and lovely to stay in, it’s on a gated community with a QR code for the main vehicle gate so this is definitely a property you’d need to have your own car for. But I’d a fantastic location, with lots of restaurants and takeaways literally minutes away on the US 192. Publix and Target are 10 minutes away in one direction, with Walmart (and Starbucks!) just 5 minutes in other direction, The Disney Parks are a really short drive, and very easy to get to - Animal Kingdom especially is only 3.5 miles via Sherbeth Road and in the back entrance of the car parks, so really quick to get to. The only niggle we had is with the pool heating, which was a result of the previous guests, but the owner Sarah was really quick to respond to us and get it resolved, it’s a lovely pool and pool area, with lots of deck furniture so plenty of seating for everyone. However as the pool is quite large, definitely consider heating of outside the main summer months. All in all, a wonderful property with really attentive owners and we would absolutely stay again. Fantastic location with a lovely spacious environment for multi generational holiday. Our 2yr old granddaughter especially liked the little pool. We know the area well and this place is perfect for us, well stocked with everything we needed.Both the host and management team ensured we had a fabulous time and responded quickly to any questions, having visited over 20 rental homes over the years this is a 10 out of 10 and would love to stay again.

Great home in a great location and beautiful neighborhood. Very easy to access, quiet neighborhood. Very well equipped with everything for a perfect family vacation. Excellent pool area with a great view of the lake.

Property Review

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great with plenty of restaurants nearby. Villa and pool were spacious and really clean. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful home in excellent condition with perfect location

Our family of 9 stayed here and had a wonderful time! We love the quiet location, beautiful views and the pool, hot tub and kiddie pool was perfect for our 2 year old grandson. We have stayed at Villa Belagio previously and it never disappoints.

September family vacation

Excellent villa with everything required for a great vacation. The family all loved the trip and would love to stay again in the future. Location was excellent and allowed easy access to Disney without having to join/leave I-4. Choice of restaurants and supermarkets close by was great.

What a lovely house. Having stayed many times in the area this was one of the best. Beautiful furnishings and everything you need. Perhaps only slight suggestion would be an upgrade of the furniture around the pool. So well located for everything. Thanks Sarah and family for sharing your home.

Everything was excellent however I think the owners are being let down by their cleaners, I am sure they will address this. Great home, great location excellent communication.

Family Disney Trip

Beautiful home close to Disney. This is great house which is near Disney and area restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and was a great place for our large group of 9. The pool was a nice place to spend a relaxing day away from the parks. Owner was very responsive to questions.

Fantastic location and house

This house is exactly as advertised and also centrally located. It was very quick getting to and from all the attractions, shopping and restaurants. The house was very clean and inviting. The pool is very large and clean as well as the hot tub. We would go back for sure!

Amazing experience

Home was in a very nice neighborhood. Host made the process very easy. Home was clean and was very comfortable. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Lovely spacious Villa with a great pool area, and plenty of loungers. I would say that the Villa was not very clean, dust on bed frames and table services. TV remotes in master suite by front door was not working but was resolved after speaking to management company, ceiling fan in same room was working but not able to use due to noise (clicking) management not able to resolve this issue, overall we had a nice stay. Thank you.

The house was beautiful and in a beautiful quiet location. Very clean with lots of room so everyone could have their own space. We had a great time. My only recommendation would be to get a barbeque for the house. We had nine people in our group and cooking in the oven was quite challenging since there was no bbq. Thanks again for letting us use the house.
