Excellent location! Very close to parks and grocery. Plenty of space for our family of 11 to enjoy a week vacation. Owner was prompt with communication and addressed our needs promptly (the Keurig was not working- he had a brand new one delivered same day). Beds are extremely comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

The overall stay was great. The home was a little hot and wasn't able to control the temperature because it was on a timer that kept moving up while still in the home.

Thanks so much for your review. The is equipped with a smart nest thermostat and it was on a sechdule i assume the guests before had on through the day. The home is fully controlled by each guests with no restrictions on temperature. This was not brought up during the stay or it could have been easily fixed by removing the sechudled temps.

My family had a great time. Renting this property was a great choice. Plenty of space for a family of 16. The kids loved the pool and game room ! Property was clean. And most of all the host Anthony was amazing!! Anytime I reached out to him he literally responded in 2 minutes and made sure any issues were addressed. No issues at all other than pool needing cleaning. When I reached out to Anthony it was cleaned the same day. We loved the experience and will be back next year at my parents request!!!

The house looked as listed. I appreciate the quick response of the homeowner. His communication was top-notch. Regarding cleanliness of the house, it was not as clean as you would expect it to be. There were hair balls under the sheets and on the headboard. Also, a lot of dust. They only give you one towel and washcloth per person, but they do provide pool towels. The floors were not swept, lots of trash on the floors, especially under the furniture and in the bathrooms. We swept all the rooms as requested before leaving and took the linen off the beds and left them in the laundry room. We also left all the pool towels clean, just as we found them. The house is beautiful, the neighborhood wonderful, the daily trash pick-up remarkable, unfortunately the house was not as clean as we left it.

Hey Guys! Thanks for the review, i was un aware of any of this when we talked everthing was good and there was no communication after. My homes are usually reviewed to be very clean and if it wasnt i would have had my staff brought back to the home. I have pictures from every cleaning on all my homes right when they are done with time stamps, i can promise you there was zero garbage on the floor in the pictures and the house differently was NOT at all cleaner when you all left.
