Absolutely a beautiful location. The home was extremely clean and very well stocked with anything you could ever need. The home it self is beautiful from every room and the pool area is a paradise. The owner Hans was very inviting and communicated with us very quickly. This has been our best rental experience to date - 5 star!

Very beautiful home!!! My kids loved fishing right in our backyard. We saw dolphins two of the days we were there and one even decided to swim right by the sea wall for a very up close look!!!!

Villa Romantic was one of those places we wished we could have stayed much longer. The location is absolutely fantastic – for us, one of the best in Cape Coral. Peaceful and private, with an incredible view over the water that makes you slow down and enjoy every moment.Our favorite part was sitting outside by the pool, looking out over the water and watching the sky change in the evening. It’s even more beautiful in person than in the photos!The villa itself is beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Communication with the owner was also exceptional – friendly, responsive, and genuinely welcoming from beginning to end.If you’re considering Villa Romantic, don’t hesitate. It’s a very special place and one we would happily book again. We left with wonderful memories and are already looking forward to coming back!

An Absolutely Amazing Place – Even Better Than We Imagined!We absolutely love this place! We’ve stayed in some wonderful vacation homes over the years, but this one is really hard to beat. The location is incredible, right on a wide canal with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. The water views are just breathtaking, and we never get tired of them.The house is gorgeous, beautifully decorated, and so thoughtfully put together. Everything feels comfortable, stylish, and welcoming. And the outdoor area is just amazing! We spend hours relaxing by the pool, enjoying the Jacuzzi, and taking in those incredible views.One of our favorite things is the beautiful tropical garden. Being able to pick fresh avocados and sweet, juicy mangoes right from the trees every day is such a treat! It’s those little things that make staying here feel so special.The owner has been wonderful, too. Super friendly, helpful, and always easy to reach.We honestly couldn’t be happier. The whole place has such a relaxing, tropical feel that you almost forget about the rest of the world. It’s even better in person than in the pictures, and we really don’t want to leave!If you’re looking for an amazing place to stay in Cape Coral, you’ve found it. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

This home was absolutely perfect, we seen dolphins everyday and even 2 little sharks. Also seen a stingray as well. The home was clean and had everything we needed to have an amazing time. The property owner and property manager were great and replied to my messages instantly. I highly recommend staying at this home in cape coral, you will not regret it.

Amazing view, excellent location. Highly recommended. Also rented a boat from Amys boat rental, highly recommend too. great spot for ocean access. My wife and I and our 19/21 yr old kids and their significant others. plenty of room.

We have stayed in many vacation homes over the years, and this was without question one of the best-equipped and most thoughtfully maintained properties we have experienced.From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome. A complimentary bottle of sparkling wine was waiting for us, and the bathrooms even included a starter set with shampoo, soap and body lotion – a lovely touch we would normally expect in a five-star hotel.The villa was spotless, beautifully furnished and exceptionally well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable, and the outdoor area was fantastic. There are six sun loungers around the pool and a spacious lanai with a large dining table for six – perfect for enjoying meals and the beautiful view. The garage also offered useful extras, including additional pool items and two coolers for day trips.The internet was extremely fast and reliable and appears to be fiber-optic. Streaming and video calls worked perfectly.Pool and garden are professionally maintained every week, and the entire property is clearly very well cared for.Communication with the owners and local property manager was excellent. We had a wonderful stay and can easily understand why so many guests return.We would absolutely recommend this villa and hope to return ourselves!

Our week long stay was spectacular. We played golf at two terrific courses, enjoyed the pool with it's unique view and celebrated a birthday with our son. The weather cooperated and gave us many opportunities to swim and just sit back and relax. We found everything that we needed provided by the owner and the manager was very responsive.

My wife & I stayed here for the week of Memorial Day, 2026 and loved it. The house was very clean and well maintained. The house is well furnished and comfortable, with all household items needed for our stay. The lanai, pool and backyard are wonderful with incredible views. We saw dolphins on several days, in the late afternoon. The grounds are lovely and also well maintained. I even had a neighbor ask if we owned the house because they were also impressed by the grounds and wanted to know who the landscaping company was. During our stay, I was able to meet the landscapers and provide the neighbors with their business card. I will also mention that Ralph, the property manager was very accommodating and reached out to us several times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and to offer suggestions for restaurants and activities. If you are considering this house for your vacation I highly recommend it. We did not want to leave at the end of our stay and look forward to coming back!

Great Family Getaway

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. The house has a great layout that enabled us to enjoy both indoor and outdoor time. It was clean and nicely furnished. We did some fishing from the dock and spent lots of time in the pool! It’s close to Sanibel Beaches and other activities. We would definitely recommend staying at this property!

Family Fun in the Sun

Beautiful setting. Home is lovely and fully equipped. Pool area and hot tub overlook the waterways making for picturesque sunset views, dolphin sightings, fishing and boating right from your backyard. Owner and PM were a joy to work with! Highly recommend!,

Beautiful view!

Great location, convenient to restaurants, stores and only 3 minutes to the Yacht club beach. 🏖️ We enjoyed the house, top quality all new finishes, and furniture. The lanai and pool deck were great, saw dolphins, sunsets and enjoyed boats passing by.

Fantastic Stay!!

What a beautiful property! The entire stay exceeded all of our expectations! Our family of 4 enjoyed the gorgeous view, hot tub and pool everyday. We saw dolphins swimming and there was even a holiday boat parade! The house is exactly as described and the manager responded quickly to any needs. Will absolutely stay at the property again!!

The whole experience was amazing. This was our second time vacationing in Cape Coral and this home was perfect match for our family. The pool was great along with the views, excellent location to enjoy those Florida sunsets. The home is super clean and kitchen is nicely equipped with all your cooking needs. The home owner Hans was very responsive and accommodating along with the property manager Ralph, from the easy check-in to check-out he was there whenever we needed him. Thank you both for your help in making our family vacation a memorable one.

Overdue family vacay

Location was great. We rented a boat and enjoyed getting out to the river quickly. The pool was wonderful whether jumping in after a boat ride, late night swims or watching boats come in and out during the day. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked. We had a great time - very relaxing.

Can't Wait Until Next Time! Til Next Time...

This was our second time to stay at Villa Romantic. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay at this 5 star property. Our first visit was pre hurricane and the home has since been updated and is extremely comfortable! The host, literally has everything that you need for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. This property truly is exceptional! Next time we're hoping to stay 3-4 weeks! Highly recommend.

Like a dream…

We are a regular VRBO travelers and would rate the Villa Romantic as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy drive to all the places we wanted to see. Also close to supermarkets which was handy, and few steps to dozens of restaurants. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful vacation villa

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed – absolutely loved it!Villa Romantic truly stole our hearts. For us, it’s one of the top locations in Cape Coral – peaceful, beautiful, and perfectly located to relax and unwind. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The house is incredibly well taken care of, decorated with love, and offers everything you could wish for on vacation.We spent our mornings having coffee on the terrace, our afternoons by the pool, and our evenings watching the sunset – pure bliss. The whole atmosphere is just magical.A special shout-out to the owner: communication was warm, easy, and reliable from start to finish. You can really tell they care about their guests and want them to have a perfect stay.We’re already looking forward to coming back – this place is a gem!
