Our lake home is nestled between the towering pine trees on Prairie Lake, just 2 short miles north of the city of Chetek, Wisconsin.

We provide the perfect space for your family to get away ...to rest, relax and play... in an area that offers 4 seasons of local recreational FUN: fishing, swimming, water skiing, horseback riding, hiking, rock climbing, a drive-in movie theater, restaurants, snowmobiling, snow skiing and much more. For the fishermen out there... warm summer days, or icy winter afternoons...Chetek's Chain of Six Lakes are teeming with Bass, Bluegill, Crappie, Sunfish and Walleyes.

6 guests will sleep comfortably in this virtually new lake home. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, are stocked full with brand new white linens & towels. Enjoy beautiful sunset views from the deck or dock. The large wrap around deck is the perfect spot for dining. A fire pit and charcoal grill are provided for grilling, or roasting marshmallows. Fish from our private dock, or use our kayak. A public boat launch is 1/2 mile away if you choose to bring your own boat, or you may want to take advantage of several pontoon/boat rentals in the area.

We had a great time. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary.The cottage was very clean and spacious.We loved spending time on the deck and pier. We lucked out with no mosquitoes. Host was excellent. Communicated well with us.This is a great cottage in a wonderful location. Very satisfied with the accommodations.

The house was easy to get to, and comfortable. The stairs ti the dock and sdock area were very basic. Lots of steps. There is no view of the lake with full tree foliage.

Great place in Chetek!

We had a wonderful stay and have a second booking in August for a week. We are so glad to have the place again. Clean, large enough for six adults and a dog, loved the big deck, fire pit area, etc!

We loved our stay at the Acuna Lodge! It was super clean and spacious. There was a lot of places to store our belongings while we were there which made it really nice! Would definitely recommend and we will definitely be back! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

Fantastic family getaway.

Our stay was great. The house had large rooms and was very clean. There was a weather alert in the area and the owner text us to make sure we were aware. We would absolutely stay here again.

Eagles on Prairie Lake

We had a great stay at Ronda's home. It was clean and comfortable. We saw lots of eagles in the morning from the dock!

Excellent stay

The Lake is beautiful. It would have been nice to have windows on the lake side of the home, but you could see the lake a bit from the side windows. Also, a few more blankets would be nice. You do have to bring your own toiletries, but I believe the listing notes that. Overall, it was a clean, nice space to gather with family in a beautiful location.

Classic Northwoods cabin

We had a great time in Chetek- the kayak was great and seeing so many stars was wonderful. The cabin had plenty of space for us all (5 of us) and the supplies were as stated in the listing. The hosts went above and beyond when we forgot something important- so appreciated.

Our usual friends fishing trip i think that this is our 5th year staying in this particular cabin.

The fishing was great until the High Pressure System hit. But we still found plenty to do in town.

Great Location! Beautiful surroundings.Rhonda has hit all the marks on making this a comfortable experience for the traveler. The house has a cozy feel, kitchen is well stocked, and bedrooms are comfortable.Expectations and a supply list were provided so no unexpected surprises. Rhonda answered questions very quickly. Girls Getaway

Nice & Clean 3 bedroom house. Washer and dryer! Fish cleaning table Nice deck and fire pit We had 5 in our party and had plenty of room. Nice people to work with.

Great to reconnect

We spent a long weekend visiting family and friends and were a short drive away from everything and everyone! We did all of our cooking at the house, just be aware to bring your own sponges/ and paper products in the kitchen.
