THIS IS IT!!! The Grand Prize Winner "Parade of Homes 2017." Amazing brand new 7 bedroom, 6,600 sq/ft home, located off of West Ten Mile run on a private ski spur and steps from the Lumberjack lift. This home is a modern mountain masterpiece built by award winning builder of the year, Pinnacle Mountain Homes. This house was designed with a passion for large families and multi-family groups. We have stayed in some of the best homes in the area and this one is built to top them all! Construction was completed in early 2017.

Enter through the front door and you will be blown away by the high ceilings and full glass views of the mountain and forest behind. The kitchen is a culinary masterpiece which will bring out the Top Chef in each of you. The massive island is perfect for feeding all the kids, while the adults dine in the adjacent dining room, surrounded by glass on two sides, with the grand fire place and great room completing the atmosphere.

The back porch may be the best space of the house. Enjoy open views of the continental divide to one side, and your kids coming down your private ski run on the other. After a day on the slopes, kick your feet up on the outdoor gas fire pit with friends and family.

Each of the five master bedrooms all with kings, have been uniquely designed to ensure a pampered and special week at the home. High end finishes, luxury tubs and steam showers, private fire places and spectacular views await each couple. After a day of activities and an unforgettable evening, retreat to your own bit of heaven on earth. Full size washer and dryer can be found on all three levels.

The basement is a kids paradise with it's own kitchen, pool table, foosball, ski locker room, and girls and boys bunk rooms with four double queens each. The walk in ski locker room is located here with individual equipment storage lockers, just a few steps away from the slopes. A dedicated theatre room will offer hours of evening entertainment for both the kids and adults. A comfy pull out couch in front of the TV and fire place is present in case a chaperone is needed downstairs. The adults can have hours of evening time while the kids play the night away.

The house was very well appointed. Tons of plates, utensils and every kitchen tool imaginable . It was a great house for a family vacation. We had 2 grandparents, 4 children and spouses and 6 grandkids aged 6 and under for a total of 16. The layout of the house allowed for plenty of room and privacy. Sierra was an excellent host. She provided great communication and was very professional when we worked through as apparent faulty alarm situation. Great location with a lot to on Copper Mountain and in Frisco, Breckenridge, Dillion and Silverthorn. Overall a great experience.

3 generation vacation. House was amazing and perfect space and privacy and areas for kids, young adults and older parents. Kitchen was extremely well equipped. Parking was amazing. Ski in ski out even in spring skiing and warm temps. TV’s that worked without needing an engineer! Host responds in minutes to every question. We have done many family vacations. This location and host exceeded all the others.

We stayed March 2026, and this home is even better than advertised. We had fourteen total with three families. Amazing location on the slope - easy to pop in for a quick hot chocolate or lunch during the day. The kitchen and dining spaces were amazing for big pre-ski breakfasts and family dinners each night. We relied upon the market in the village and Instacart from Whole Foods in Frisco. The adults all had gorgeous master bedrooms - a steam shower in one. The kids never left the basement. Best ski home we have ever rented and will be back.

Great house!! We had a group of 7 adults and stayed 4 nights. Probably more house than we needed, but we were very comfortable. Well appointed kitchen, very nice common areas. Snow depth was poor when we were there, so ski in/ski out was a bit more challenging than it would be otherwise, but still quite easy. Would be a really great house for a large family with a bunch kids or grandkids. Property manager VERY responsive. Would definitely rent this house again.

What a great stay! The house was clean and the kitchen very well stocked. We had so much room and the ski in/ski out was perfect for us! The host was also very responsive with any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing place and location

Perfect location and home to host our large party for a ski vacation. The only thing missing was an elevator for the master suite…takes some time to get used to altitude stairs. Really beautiful home and the ski in/out was ideal. Great host who was quick to reply with answers when needed.

Amazing Place!

Amazing place for a large group. Ample facilities to appease everyone. Was nice being a smidge away from the village for a secluded feeling, but still have access. Was a once in a lifetime trip with family from both sides together.

Wonderful week on the mountain

This property is beautiful and was perfect for us and our friends to ski for the week. True ski in and out. Every detail was thought out for comfort and provided for an excellent vacation for all of us. Check in and out was super easy and we highly recommend anyone stay here if you want a luxurious mountain vacation.

We had a great time and the kids and grandkids were all pleased with the property and location. We like the ease of getting young children to ski down to ski school. They loved playing in the snow behind the house.

Amazing Location and Home

Great ski in ski out experience. We had 19 family members and never felt cramped. The heating garage was great for the vehicles. The radiant floor heating and fire places kept us cozy.

Amazing home!! Each of my married children had their own space in the beautiful bedroom suites. My two grandkids each grabbed a bunk room and they loved it. The playroom was well used. So much competition and laughter.
