Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Economy 7 central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for multi-fuel burner included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Doggy extras. Enclosed lawned garden with patio, garden furniture and barbecue. Bike store. On road parking. No smoking.. Based in the picturesque village of Sinnington, this mid-terraced holiday cottage, which lies next to the owners’ home, makes an excellent base from which to explore both moors and coast. The village has a pony trekking centre and the outstanding North York Moors are easily reached by foot or car with excellent walking and cycling direct from the village. Fishing and golf are also available nearby. Visit Castle Howard, Helmsley or Pickering, (with steam railway, 4 miles). Whitby is 32 miles, Scarborough 26 miles and York 30 miles. Shop 2 miles. Excellent pub/restaurant 100 yards.

This is our fourth time in Sinnington and second time at Evergreen. Sinnington is such a lovely village in a really good location for touring East and North Yorkshire. Karen and Ray are really welcoming and accomodating and we will almost certainly be back. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Had a lovely week with our 2 dogs.

Had a lovely week with our 2 dogs. Cottage is central for visiting lots of places. Beach at Fìley is great for dogs. Very cosy cottage and owners who live next door are very friendly and helpful.

Lovely little cottage that I’ve stayed in many times in the past.

Lovely little cottage that I’ve stayed in many times in the past. Quiet village with no through traffic and river for dogs. Lots walks without having to get into the car. Unlucky with weather, rained every day and the only problem was trying to keep the cottage clean!
