This cozy home is located within walking distance to local restaurants, shops and 150 feet away from the Greenville system perimeter multi-use trail. Minutes from the local grocery store and laundry facility. Our home has 3 bedrooms, a full bath upstairs 1/2 bath downstairs, a well-equipped kitchen, dining and living rooms, screened-in porch, deck with grill and small fire pit in back for enjoyable evenings. The area has many activities to offer including, hiking, biking, snowmobiling, boating, hunting and fishing, or just enjoying a relaxing time away.

The house was perfect for our trip! Loved the layout, the private back yard, and how close it is to town. Only thing I would say is the beautiful old floors upstairs are really squeaky so bring ear plugs if your a light sleeper. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location

The house worked really good for us, plenty of parking, very nice front porch, excellent access to ATV trails. Would definitely recommend and stay there again

Great place, plenty of room and close to stores and restaurants. Will stay there again.

Booked for two nights but had a scheduling conflict but Kirby found us a place close by for night one. Second day in the unit was perfect and we will stay there again.

We only slept in the house as we visited with friends for meals and activities, but the house was immaculate when we arrived. Wonderfully convenient to town for morning coffee walk and crepes. Kids loved the chairlift swing.

Amazing house and hosts!

The stay is perfect for anyone heading up that way. The location is absolutely perfect. Even after leaving the house with the four wheeler, we were able to just take a nice walk in greenvilles small downtown area. I would stay here every time I went up!

Wedding weekend in Greenville

This was the first time I had been up to Greenville. We booked this home earlier this year for a family wedding we were attending in Sept. The Host Kirby was quick to respond & accommodating. This home was charming & meant all our needs. Would definitely stay here again.

ATV riding trip. Home location was perfect. Older home bedrooms had older electric outlet with no grounds. 6 adults and the shower was always hot and tons of pressure which is great when you come back tired and dusty. Living space cozy. Parking 2 trucks and trailers was tightt but we made it work.

Perfect for our New Years' Getaway!

This house had everything we needed for a comfortable long weekend. The layout of the first floor was great for the 4 of us, and the large kitchen breakfast bar was our favorite hang out spot other than the comfy big couch! The location is really convenient to downtown as well as the recreational trail system. We had just enough show to get in some XC skiing, right from the house! The hosts were super accommodating, very communicative, and created such a welcoming environment.

Greenville stay

Hosts were terrific-responsive and helpful. Property and home lovely and comfortable. Well-stocked kitchen! Only small downside was temperature of second floor- fans certainly helped, but weather was uncooperative! Downstairs cool and conducive to a nap. Thanks to our hosts for a lovely stay!

Perfect

My stepdad and I stayed for 2 nights during the eclipse. It was the perfect refuge from the crowds. Kirby was also extremely communicative and helpful from the booking process until checkout. Prompt to answer any questions we had. The house was in great shape and we had a wonderful stay. Would 100/100 stay here again.

There was plenty of room for 6 people. It was very clean. It was walking distance to town. The sun room was huge with plenty of sitting area. That’s where we hung out in the mornings and when we got back from wheeling. We were able to leave from there on our side by sides which is one of the reason why we stayed there. We will definitely be staying there again. Kirby was great to deal with! Polite and courteous.

The house was just right for a family of 5. Plenty of space and very clean and well kept. Perfect location, just steps to Pritham Ave with the lake and all of the shops and restaurants. Would love to come back again.
