Updated and newly furnished home with a large deck. 1540 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home located in the Pinetop Lakes area. Ideal for families and friends seeking to experience a nostalgic mountain getaway. Multiple outdoor seating areas, gas fireplace, and all the relaxation of the mountains! The space
Escape the heat in the summer or enjoy a winter wonderland in this spacious and inviting vacation rental home nestled in the pines of a quaint mountain town. Located the Pinetop Lakes, and a short thirty-minute drive to the Sunrise Park Resort, this home definitely provides endless opportunities for activities and entertainment!

Get comfortable in the 1540 square feet of living space containing 3bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and enjoy the cool mountain air and updated cozy interior! The convenient floor plan offers a master bedroom downstairs (with a king) and bathroom, also a half bath downstairs. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living area. Two upstairs bedrooms one with a full bed, and the other bedroom that has a bunk bed and a day bed with another twin that can be pulled out under that. A full bath upstairs. Enjoy a gorgeous kitchen and dining area, a cozy fireplace encompassing a central living room, a downstairs laundry room with both washer and dryer and a large backyard deck with tall pines!

With so many nearby places to hike, fish, shop, and eat, guests will have no problems finding something to do during their stay! The Woodland Lake Park has four miles of hiking trails, grilling areas, and a children's playground. Recommended places to eat are: Charlie Clark's Steakhouse, Darbi's Cafe, The Lion's Den Bar and Grill with live music, Matty's Beef and Beer, and the Red Devil Restaurant & Bar. A scenic forty minute drive will get you to the Sunrise Park Resort that provides both Winter and Summer outdoor activities to entertain the entire family. The area is surrounded by lakes that offer some of the best trout fishing in the State!

Good Family Home

It was a great stay for our family. The description and pictures are old, because the tetherball in the picture is broken. The dishes had old crusted food on them so we had to wash all the dishes before we could use them, and there was a foul odor in the kitchen but once we ran the disposal and aired out the house, it was better. But the hosts were very responsive when we had any issues and the house was beautiful.

Sunrise Archery Shoot-Out

love it and was perfect for our needs. close enough to travel to sunrise ski resort daily. although i bring all items for kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, there was plenty of items there for our use. cooling was excellent. tv's and access to apps was awesome. nice back yard semi-privacy...cameras a little intimidating, i was not sure where else they were aside from front area and bbq area.

Great Cabin!

We have rented here in the past. We had a wonderful time again. It is closely located to the ski slopes (about 25 minutes away) and easily accessible to everything in town. We will surely be back next ski season!

Peaceful perfect ski cabin

Cozy, well maintained cabin in an adequate neighborhood. It only took a phone call for Joe to assist us with minor things. Wonderful weekend skiing.

Great family vacation!

We spent LDW at Carla’s cabin. Clean and well stocked! Our children loved the bunk beds and escape from the Phoenix heat. Excellent location with a beautiful park 5 minutes away! Book this rental!

Back Again!

This is the second time we have stayed at this cabin. It was a wonderful stay, located close to town and about 30 minutes from the ski slopes. Communication with the host was quick and easy. The cabin was clean and great condition. We will be back again! Thanks for everything.

Holiday getaway

As parents, we are always looking for ways to connect with our kids as they continue to grow up. Having 3 teenage kids 19, 16, and 14 it has become challenging to get everyone together. Pinetop cabin

We loved our stay at this cabin! As soon as we walked in, it felt very cozy and comfortable. It was super clean and well stocked. We loved the backyard and grill for summer dinners outside. Our family had a nice relaxing vacation here. We’d like to stay in the Winter and get to see snow! Highly recommend.

Amazing Place

We couldn’t ask for more picking this cabin to stay at in Pinetop-lakeside. The host was very responsive to our questions and made the check-in/check-out process a breeze. The cabin has all the amenities you will need and was very clean upon arrival. We really enjoyed sitting by the fireplace and enjoying the backyard fire pit. It snowed while we stayed so kids enjoyed snowball fight as well. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting a little weekend getaway.

A Fun Ski Weekend

Our family of five had a wonderful time at this property. We headed to Sunrise to ski for a few days. The house was a quick 25 minute drive to the slopes. We loved being able to come home from a long day to a fireplace and space for our family to spread out. The house had everything we needed and the hosts were so easy to communicate with. We certainly will be staying here again! Thank you!

Snow Stay

Our stay was great. The cabin was so cute and cozy, it had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable especially in the master. The cabin was well secured and the neighborhood was great, so quiet. Great location from outdoor activities, shopping, and restaurants. Loved it.

December getaway in the pines

Wonderful, clean, beautifully decorated cabin. Spacious with comfortable furnishings...especially the beds! A nice surprise was the tasteful Christmas decorations. Highly recommend!

Great week at the cabin!

This home was better than we expected. It was very clean and cozy and amidst a pandemic there was soap, hand sanitizer and Clorox wipes available in the home which I was very grateful to find. Beds were super comfortable and the kids liked it so much they begged us to move here! Owners were very communicative and we’d definitely stay here again. Lots to do nearby- multiple lakes and hiking trails and less than 5 minutes from restaurants and shops.

We got more than we expected like fire/gas pit fire, and much more

We liked a lot BUT we were not aware that we will have neighbors that close . that was a shack to us, I will just disclose that so people can plan accordingly.
