We got STARLINK WiFi recent (05/20/24) lot lot better old WiFi. Anyway a fourteen hundred square foot house on a ten acres site in a quiet and private rural setting. Three thousand square feet of flat lawn area for lawn games (bean bag toss game equipment provided) large patio with gas barbecue and dining table and chairs. An area for tent usage (bring your own tents and sleeping bags). This site is within 15 miles driving distance of Lake Pend Oreille, 10 miles to Farragut State Park, 3 miles to Silverwood Theme Park, 8 miles to Spirit Lake and 8 miles to Twin Lakes. Included is access to high speed internet (WiFi) through Hughes Net.

Great spacious house with beautiful back patio and yard. Secluded and easy to find. Close to the amusement park. We will use this house every year from now on for our annual Silverwood trip!

What a beautiful and interesting home you have! We enjoyed our stay, very much. The kids especially loved playing corn hole and volleyball in the backyard. We'll be returning.

Fantastic location near silverwood theme park!

This property was a little off the beaten path but less than 10min from silverwood theme park. Great location for our family as we were there for park fun. Kitchen was well stocked, house was homey, very quite and private. Wonderful backyard where my granddaughters indulged on their raspberry bushes. Beds were a little on the hard side, but very clean and plenty of linens.Property host was very responsive and flexible. I asked late after the booking if i could bring my dogs and there was no problem adding them. Very accommodating. Its not fancy but clean and well kept.id recommend to a friend and would book again.

Our communication with the host was good, friendly and informative. From the outside, we were a bit nervous about the place when we arrived. The back yard - once we found it - was lovely and we spent time out there relaxing. The amenities - all the supplies - were great. The house inside was dated, and while clean, the furniture in the living room and the carpet in the one bedroom need to be replaced. The location was good for our visit to the theme park. If the front area (where you park) was cleaned up and made more inviting, I'm sure the initial reaction would have been much better. Thanks to the host for letting us stay. We felt comfortable and were able to relax and enjoy our time together.

Excellent place to stay when visiting Silverwood!

Very short drive to Silverwood. House was excellent. Very clean, all the comforts of home. Nice backyard with grill for bbq. Host is 10 stars! Excellent communication, response time is very quick. Would definitely stay again on our next visit to Silverwood.

So convenient to Silverwood!

Wasn't they're very much, wish we had more time to enjoy the patio and relax. Nice and roomy. Will be returning! A little dated but didnt mind a bit!

It’s a good place to stay with kids at Silverwood.

It is much bigger house than we were expecting from pictures. Many spaces to sleep. Grate communications with a manager.

Perfect little getaway

Comfortable and inviting home with an awesome back patio/yard to hang out and relax in. Great place to disconnect from technology and unwind. WiFi is not awesome, but if you have Starlink you can bring with you (as we did), you can set up and use high-speed internet for whatever you might need. Love this place - would definitely request to stay here again.

A quiet setting and gracious host

We needed an extended stay for our unique situation and Joe and Joshua were the best hosts! The house is comfy and well proportioned even for a family of five with pets. All the amenities were there for a longer stay, and the location is perfect for a short commute to CdA. The backyard is lovely and serene and there was plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and even our storage trailer and boat! We are so grateful to have found this place and the wonderful accommodating hosts!

Silverwood Gey Away!

Entering the house from back door I noticed the beautiful green lawn, which we played corn hole while grilling. The House was well supplied, and the Host Joe was very easy to communicate with. Me and my wife had a couple of grand kids and made this location a gem for Silverwood goers. This was a great stay.

Great cabin near Silverwood

We wish this was closer to home! It was a lovely spot, very simple, the kids all enjoyed their “sleep over” on air mattresses in the main room while the adults had the comfortable beds in the bedrooms. The kitchen had all that we needed. Very easy place for a large family to be. Only problem was the limited internet goes in and out, for which there was no fix.

Excellent Get Away

So fun! Not having internet was a bit of a set back. We had work we needed to do but weren’t able to as the internet did not work the entire time we were there. That was the only negative bit—otherwise the stay was amazing! Great yard! Amazing location near the amusement park!

Highlt recommend for a large family/ group!

Needed a place to accommodate 11 of us to go to Silverwood theme park. We hit the jackpot staying here that was only 3 miles away. Due to our different ages, it gave us the flexibility to come and go as as needed instead of being "stuck" at the park. The place was large enough to give individuals the space needed but yet it provided all the necessities of home away from home. It wasn't fancy but it was very comfortable with all of the necessities that we needed. The owner, Joseph, was friendly and communitive. Highly recommed and we'd stay again!

Fantastic location for your Silverwood Theme Park trip!

Less than 10 minutes of a short and easy drive from Silverwood Theme Park! The home was very clean and had wonderful three bedrooms for personal space for all. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything one would need to cook from home. Included was a nice and clean propane barbecue too! The backyard was perfect with the barbecue, portable cooler on wheels for your cold beverages, two tables with eight chairs provides room for the whole family! All this under a covered patio which provided shade and protection from rain. Included was a corn-hole boards/bean bags which we used in a lovely green grass backyard which was very private. Loved this home and location! We will definitely be back for our next Silverwood Theme Park adventure!

16th birthday

Our stay was amazing and the gentlemen who run the property were awesome. Easy communication and check in and out process. Couple of tiny issues many plugins in the kitchen/dining room didn't seem to work not sure if it was operator error or not, and in the main bathroom above the toilet there appears to be possible be a water leak as i did notice a little bit of mildew. Otherwise great rental they even hung a happy 16th birthday banner at no extra cost and let her eep it. I will definitely use these gentlemen again.

Close to Silverwood

We knew from the pictures and other reviews that it is an older home. We chose it because of the proximity to Silverwood. It is just a few minutes drive. We did not anticipate the very old furniture with holes in the upholstery, and holes in the carpet. The kitchen did have all the necessary equipment but a little short on silverware. There air conditioner works well. The lawn on the backside of the house was nice. The host can’t control nature but the wasps were terrible. Overall this house was just okay. We won’t come back though and I won’t recommend it to friends
