Quiet, cozy, turnkey location close to Lake Pend Oreille: hunting/fishing/skiing

2 bedroom/1 bathroom with open floor plan, large kitchen/dining area, laundry room and large front porch with seating. Quiet neighborhood, close to Lake Pend O'reille and Silverwood Theme Park. We are off the beaten path via a dirt road and love the serenity; you may even see wildlife! We have visitors often: moose, elks, deer, turkeys, and an occasional coyote. The house is on 10 acres and we have a large greenhouse - let us know if you want some fresh vegetables (in season). We own a medical spa and guests can enjoy a discount for some of our services (details in the house). There is a large Super One grocery store in town and several great restaurants.

It was a perfect place for a long weekend with three teenagers. The house was spotless and the kitchen was fully equipped. The host was very responsive and all the young folks gushed over how nice it was.We saw turkeys every single day and it was a perfect landing spot for adventures at Silverwood and Farragut State Park. We are already planning on a return trip next summer!

Our stay at Quiet & Cozy was perfect for us! We stayed with our 4 grandkids, went to Silverwood during the day, then came back and played outside until dark. The Bunkhouse had everything we needed, and then some, to make the stay easy for the kids and adults. There is a store less then 10 minutes away, and all your cooking needs are at your home away from home. I highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to stay in this area of Idaho!

Very clean, comfy and well equiped cabin. Well suited for our family, including.our dog. Comfy beds, good space layout, wifi and well equipped kitchen. Good communication and easy arrival.

Perfect spot!

We enjoyed this little vacation home! It was a perfect jumping off spot for Silverwood. Stocked with EVERYTHING you could need! Great communication with Robbie!

Quiet home near Couer d'Alene

The house was very comfortable and quiet, tucked away in a neighbordhood outside of Couer d'Alene. There were some issues once we arrived, but the host very quickly resolved them, which was great. Plenty of utensils--and it was nice to have a barbeque just in tiem for July 4th.The only recommendation woulkd be to put a sign on the main road that points to the address as we drive back and forth several times trying to find the home. Felt comforting to have the owner living in the house behind us.

Fantastic Property!

The house was the perfect size for our family. The host is very accommodating and responsive with any questions. The house came completely stocked with everything you could need! Silverwood is a short drive away, which is why we came. The property is so quiet and safe my kids felt right at home. You have your own little yard space which the kids loved to run around and explore. Check in and check out instructions were clear and easy. All the beds were so comfortable, the couch was also very comfortable. I am so excited to stay with them again next year! 12/10 recommend staying here!

Hard to find, stinky house, lots of dirty gravel roads to get there. Spotty cell service. Poor communication. Would not recommend this property.

Well stocked

The bunkhouse was very well equipped. Was very comfy and homey.The listing states, sleeps 6, however there was only the queen bed in one bedroom and the bunk bed in the other bedroom. There was 5 of us. My son slept on the sofa. It was a very comfy sofa, thank goodness.Was disappointed that the fire pit, shown in the photo, was not in the Bunkhouse yard.All in all my son, my grandsons and myself enjoyed our stay.Thank you!

We chose the area and house for privacy and serenity. We live in a unique area that is free of HOA or restrictions. And there’s a gun range in the back of the property.

Tucked away on a private road without traffic or nosy neighbors. Everyone gets along well and everyone has critters. We are close to great shopping, several lakes, and bike trails. There is a lot to do in the area.
