This villa is only a 7-minute walk away from the Coral Bay Strip where you’ll find an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars serving locally grown and prepared food. Also the convenience of shops delivering groceries back to your holiday home will make it easier for you to support a beautiful sunset meal.

The garden offers plenty of sunbathing space while furnished with comfortable sun beds setting the scene for a real oasis of calm and tranquility. If you prefer a little shade, that's provided too by the covered outside dining area where you will be welcomed with a dining set and a charcoal BBQ.

Through high doors you will be able to access the fully air-conditioned living room which is furnished with two sofas gathered around a coffee table which provides a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy the free WIFI and plasma TV.

The living room opens through to a superbly equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances offering granite counter tops, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, high quality electric cooker, oven, toaster and electric kettle making the property feel like a home away from home.

The 3 large air-conditioned rooms can accommodate 6 adults with ease and boast large wardrobe space for storage and hanging. There is a large room furnished with a double bed on the ground floor, providing ease for the elderly or any mobility impaired guests.


The second floor boasts 2 large air-conditioned rooms which can accommodate 4 adults. The two bedrooms sport twin beds each and have direct access onto a veranda which provides elevated views onto the garden area.
