Ideal holiday location sleeping up to 4 people. Offering spectacular views of the sea with close access to the beach. Great for couples, families and working from home stay aways. Fast internet. Good size desk. Supermarket minutes away. Beach 2-3 minute walk.

Thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between stays as a precaution against COVID 19.

Apartment comprises a living room offering panoramic sea views and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king sized bed, the other a double single over.
It is well furnished and equipped, including fast internet and widescreen TV.

The apartment's wonderfully relaxing environment is complemented by access to the beach within two minutes as well as sea wall and cliff walks in both directions, and a wide variety of recreational venues.

Our chill out hold

We love the island and the place we have stayed at has too our previous stay I do recommend anyone looking at this place to book without hesitation as the views are breathtaking.

Perfect Digs!

The apartment exceeded all our expectations. Very well equipped, tastefully furnished and with a balcony view to match the best in the Med’.The weather helped of course, but had we been trapped indoors for the week we could not have hoped for greater comfort.

Perfect holiday

This very pleasant and well-equipped apartment is located in a quiet area and shops, restaurants and the beach are within a short walk's reach. And we can but join in the praise of the incredible view it offers, which allowed us to enjoy the sea also on the one or two rainy days of our stay. Certainly hope to return!

Winter in Ventnor³

We had a lovely time here but there is so much to do on this island we only scratched the surface of places to visit. We had a pleasant time in this flat even with a visit to the hospital for a scheduled operation.

Great views, on site parking in Ventnor! Never stayed in a flat so well equipped. Uninterrupted sea views from the balcony.

Great Place Great View

Larger than it looks and the view is spectacular. Would definitely would book again. Bed was sooo comfy as well which is always a worry. The apartment had everything that you needed

Recently refurbished with great views

This apartment has been recently refurbished to a high standard. It has a cliff top view of the sea from the lounge, bedrooms and balcony. One of the best Home Away properties we have stayed in. What more can I say!!

An enjoyable week away

We enjoyed our stay. Apartment was well equipped we just had problems with the shower. Was well situated for getting to the beach & front. Walking down which we did was ok but the very steep incline on return was not easy. All in all it was an enjoyable week away. Best regards Veronica & Dennis

Amazing balcony views

We were really happy with the size of the apartment, location and facilities. It could benefit from a washer/dryer combo instead of just a washing machine, the sofa is pretty uncomfortable and the kitchen could really do with a better clean in some places, but generally all was great. If we decide to return to the Isle of Wight next year, we would definitely choose this apartment to stay in again.

Excellent Holiday

Stayed here for a week 14th September to 21st September. Had the most wonderful holiday. This apartment is so lovely. It has everything you need for a perfect home from home stay and the views are outstanding. Everything is provided even down to welcome biscuits and milk in the fridge. We did not want to come home and will definitely return. Thankyou for a fantastic stay. See you soon 😊

You can't beat the view from the balcony

Our second visit here, so that says it all. We did, however, feel that the property could benefit from a deep clean. Bed, towels, bathrooms etc were fine, but windows, blinds and a few other areas were a bit grubby.

Ventnor in June

Internally the property was clean, tidy and well equipped. The outstanding features were the balcony and the sea view. We found the road closures throughout the area, including Bath Road, a real inconvenience, though of course these problems are in no way the fault of the host.

Beautiful sea view

This apartment was a nice peaceful base to explore the Isle of Wight. The seafront, bus stops and shops were a few minutes' walk away, and the sea views - particularly from the little balcony - were fantastic. The shower wasn't an issue for us and worked perfectly. Some areas could have done with a deeper clean and we would have appreciated a dishwasher tablet or two, but overall we had everything we needed to comfortably enjoy our stay.

First time on the island

The property was fantastic with an idyllic location. The balcony at the back overlooks the sea so a perfect place for a morning cup of tea. Plenty of towels, crockery and cutlery in the apartment as well as two good sized bedrooms with plenty of storage. Shops a five minute walk and lots of lovely walks and exploring on the door step. The roads around are very steep so be careful when driving with a fully laden car. Lots of lovely beaches a short drive away and Ventnor’s own beach just down the road. Overall a wonderful place to stay and would happily rebook again for another holiday.

Amazing Ventnor apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this great apartment. The view is brilliant and the apartment itself was warm, clean and spacious with a great location close to Ventnor beach and centre. The shower was great and the beds super comfortable, and being able to sit out on the little balcony at the end of a long day of exploring made our trip even better. Ventnor itself is also a great base to explore the rest of the island from, which was particularly important as it was our first ever visit to IoW. We can thoroughly recommend the coastal walk to St Lawrence and then further to Niton (and lunch at the Buddle Inn), especially as the walk itself starts 2 mins from the apartment!

A brilliant holiday

For all that the listing was accurate, the property actually under promised and over delivered! The views were incredible, and we woke up every morning looking out across the sea The balcony offered outside seating where we enjoyed our morning coffees (and one tea) every single day - we were extremely lucky with the weather and made full use of the opportunity.We had a couple of quick questions for our host and Martin replied almost immediately, providing additional details and recommendations.Add to this a short walk down to the the Spyglass Inn and a the only Co-Op with parking I've ever encountered and you have an ideal location.I highly recommend both the property and the host.

Apartment holiday in Ventnor.

Our stay at the property overall was very good. The apartment was very large with plenty of storage space. It was very well equipped, Martin also provided clean j cloths with antibacterial wipes and hand sanitizer which was excellent. Our only negative was that the property is a short way up a very steep hill. Obviously, if you are fit and well this is not a problem. The patio with the sea view is a real added bonus to the property, beautiful.

Wonderful views

WiFi wasn't working when we arrived. I had to reboot the router. The TV wasn't working when we arrived. New batteries in the remote solved the problem. No other issues. We had a lovely holiday and the apartment has truly beautiful views down to the beach & out to sea. We would stay there again.
