Pretty good

The condo is super cute and in a great location. It is well maintained and has nice beach access. The staff were all very nice. It is well stocked and there are extra supplies, towels, beach chairs, blankets, etc. It was a little smaller than expected and both bathrooms are tiny. The hot water heater wasn’t sufficient and only supplied enough warm water for one person - the other 8 of us took really quick cold showers.

Beautiful Condo with a beautiful view

We all loved everything about this place. This place had everything our family needed, large rooms, large The views were beautiful, it included a large kitchen, large living area, nice pools, easy beach access, also had a washer and dryer available. There were many things to offer here I’m sure you will love it just book it now.

This condo was the perfect spot for 2 families of 5 to meet and enjoy the beach!

We absolutely loved this condo. We had 9 family members with us. It was spacious, clean, & an amazing view of the ocean from the awesome balcony. We will definitely rent again!

Beach getaway!

The condo was amazing. Beautiful ocean front view, wonderful stocked kitchen with modern appliances, and everything was clean and ready for our arrival. Check in was a breeze. There was one day where we had 3 workmen knocking on our door three different times within a matter of a few hours needing to enter our condo to assess the balcony as they were working on the condo below us and had to attach and detach netting. We were not made aware that these workmen would be needing to enter our condo during our stay. When trying to contact the main desk we were never able to get through.

Nice Short Stay on the Beach

Overall nice stay at this condo. We stayed 2 nights and for the most part our group of 10 adults were comfortable. Being right on the beach is a huge selling point for this place, as well as having indoor and outdoor pools. We really enjoyed the front balcony and easy access to the beach! Just to note a few drawbacks - the condo management was rude. We didn’t know we were responsible for bringing both bath towels and beach towels, as well as our own toilet tissue and dish soap. When we went to the building front desk to ask for these items and the receptionist clearly and dramatically rolled her eyes at me said toilet tissue was not included (as well as the other items) but that she could give me 1 roll until we were able to purchase some. For a short term stay this surprised me that smaller essential items were not included.

Returning Guest

This is our second trip in a row to this unit. It is very clean and well kept. There is plenty of room for 2 families with kids. The check in and out process is a breeze. The owner is very easy to work with and goes out of his way to assist in your stay. The only negative to our trip were the elevators. Over a month day period, they were not working more than they were so we have to use the stairs frequently which was an inconvenience with the kids. After those 2 days, they were up and working fine. That negative was out of the property owners control. We will be going back next summer to make it our 3rd year at this unit.

Beautiful views and accommodations

The unit is gorgeous. All high-end appliances, beautiful decor, and the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable as well. The balcony was huge and offered plenty of room for all 8 of us to enjoy the beautiful view at the same time. We will definitely stay here again!

Spring break

Bradley’s property was lovely. We had a nice stay and would definitely return to his property again. We also unfortunately had severe damage to our car and our friend’s car during a horrible storm the last night of our stay. Bradley was very kind in trying to help as best he could. He also checked in later to see how we were. That’s above and beyond and it was much appreciated. His kindness, great communication and lovely condo make it a must stay! Thank you Bradley.

Great place

This is a great place in a perfect location. The owner was very attentive and quick to respond. My only complaint was that the unit wasn't available till after 5:00 pm. I feel that the first day's rent should be prorated to accommodate late check ins.

The most for your money.

The condo is perfect for a family, our family especially enjoys the privacy of the end unit. The front desk quickly addressed my questions. The amenities offered save you so much in entertainment since you have a great variety without leaving the complex.

After 2 visits to this area, I love the small town aspect, but also with the full service of the facilities. Southern Charm, excellent Grocery, and restaurant options make eating in, or eating out a pleasure. The outlet mall, just 12 miles away is big enough to take a couple days to fully visit, but small and easy to get in and out.

The view, from this unit, is amazing. The White Sand Beaches, the emerald water, all hiding here in quaint and personable Alabama.
