Hello, Thank you for your fantastic review! We are thrilled to hear that our apartment was in a fantastic location, with a beautifully designed interior fully stocked with everything you needed for your stay. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and the hassle caused by the elevator being out of service and the check-in process. We understand how challenging this must have been for your elderly parents and we deeply regret that this issue impacted your stay. We are actively working with the building management to ensure the elevator is in perfect working order, and we are also reviewing our check-in procedures to make them more contactless and efficient. We are very pleased that despite these issues, you truly enjoyed your stay and would happily return in the future. Best regards, Habitat Apartments
