Thank you for the nice review, I’m so glad the condo worked out for you and your group. Yes, spring/summer/fall are great as is the winter so come again! The ski area is very good and they work exceptionally hard to make all the activities enjoyable!!! There is a new 6 seat chair for riding up the mountains!!

It’s always great having guests return during ANY season! Thank you, I’m glad you enjoyed the condo and your visit!!

Thank you, it’s always nice to get positive reviews!!

Thank you for taking the time to write a review! I’m so glad everything worked out well for you——-you are WELCOME to return at any time!!

Guests do love the close accommodations, thanks. Come back ANY time!!

Thank you for the review, I appreciate your comments! The majority of our guests feel the same as you about where the condo is situated especially in regards to the ski area, shops and restaurants! The HOA has greatly improved the walking and driving environment to make it easier for guests to move about and enjoy all the amenities of the surrounding area. I’m so glad our condo was accommodating and comfortable for your family. Please come again!!

The close proximity to the ski area and general surroundings is a PLUS to everyone’! This holds true in ANY season for biking, hiking, golf, tennis, pickleball and water sports!!

Relaxing in the mountains is so great this time of year and especially considering our present uncertainties related to COVID. The cool climate is perfect for hiking and many other outdoor activities. We hope you’ll visit often and of course consider “staying with us” as we strive to make constant updates and improvements!! Thank you.

Thanks for reviewing your visit! I love knowing that you had a good time and enjoyed staying in the condo. Guests/everyone feels so comfortable being close to the beautiful mountains in the Land of Enchantment. You are WELCOME back spring, summer, fall and winter!!

Thank you for your comments, glad you had a good time! I will certainly check out the bed situation, there are several new mattresses and have never had same description from anyone but certainly worth checking on! HAPPY NEW YEAR and WELCOME back any time!!

We so appreciate your review and are extremely happy that the condo and surrounding area met your needs and expectations. Many guests comment about the great location and we always strive to offer a clean, comfortable environment! We hope to see you back again soon!!

I so appreciate you taking the time to review my property. I’m glad you enjoyed it and I hope you’ll come back another time!! The spring, summer and fall in the Land of Enchantment is also beautiful. Take care and have a great new year.

So appreciate your nice comments, thank you! Once again, as noted by most guests, the proximity to the ski area is “key” and to add to that, hiking, restaurants, shopping are all very close by!! The area is beautiful during ALL seasons with activities abound!!

I'm so glad you and your family had a great ski trip and that the condo was a nice "fit" for you! Thanks for taking such good care of it during your stay. We appreciate that and welcome you back at ANY time (spring/summer/fall are great too)! Take care and thanks again.

We are delighted that guests find the condo so accommodating during any season! The location really is perfect (so close to everything) and we certainly try to make regular updates so that EVERYONE has a great time!

Hi, thanks for the review. I'm so glad you found the condo very accommodating and that the location worked out well for you! So many people comment about the convenience of the ski area with regard to the condo-----it's a real PLUS! Once again, I wish the WI-FI wouldn't have been "acting up" while you were there. The new company has had some problems with reception, but I believe they have the issues resolved now and certainly you shouldn't have anything to worry about when you return!! My cleaning people have assured me that they will keep close tabs on any malfunctions should they occur. Thanks again for your patience and for "booking" with us! Wishing you a very happy, healthy new year, Patty

Thanks for taking the time to post a review and for the positive comments! It sounds like AF and the condo were “hits” for you which really makes me happy! Remember, other seasons in The Land of Enchantment are fabulous too, so WELCOME BACK any time!!

Thank you for the nice comments! We continue to do our BEST to make your “stay” enjoyable and definitely WELCOME YOU back any time!! Thanks so much!

Thanks so much Dave for the nice review. We appreciate you taking the time to do this! So happy you enjoyed your visit------hope to see you again in the near future!!

Thank you for your comments—-greatly appreciated! People do seem to love the fact that there are “privacy areas” throughout the condo and the balcony with its natural beauty is always a plus! Fortunately it will soon be renovated by the HOA and should offer an even nicer retreat! Hope to have you back!!

Hi Kim, thank you for taking the time to do a review and for the kind words! I am so glad everything worked out well for you in spite of a few items left behind!! Hopefully you will be able to retrieve them. I think the garage has to be good for your equipment----so glad that was an advantage for you as well as the proximity to the bike paths! Hope to see you back at another time!! Thank you so much for your consideration----please pass your positive assessment on to your friends-----we welcome them too!!
