The Coral Beach CONDO itself (Oceanfront corner unit) ~
• 2 full bedrooms (1 King ~ 2 Twin over Full bunks)
• 2 full baths with separated sink areas
• Unobstructed Ocean/Beach views from all rooms
• Large balconies
• Large living room with nice dining area
• Fully equipped kitchen
• High speed WIFI Internet
• 32” Smart TV's in all rooms
• In-condo Washer / Dryer
• Fully air-conditioned and smoke-free
• Beach chairs, towels and a cooler available for your enjoyment.
• Solar power pack (10 hours? depending on use) for the refrigerator, a fan and electronics in case of an outage. It's not perfect but, most units have nothing.
NOTE: Puerto Rico has very fragile power/water grids and outages do happen. Our complex has generators for the elevators and hallway lights only. They are not allowed in the individual units. If this could be a big problem for you, we suggest staying in a resort that has full generator power.

Our stay was like our home away from home! It helped make our vacation that much more enjoyable. It is in a prime location right on the beach and had all the conveniences of home. Richard and Juli were great hosts… very helpful and accommodating.

Beautiful stay. I was initially concerned with the look of the hallway and decorative iron bar doors in front of regular door but once inside the condo, it was clean and had a great view of ocean and pool. The place was decorated well and had all the essentials including beach chairs, cooler and beach cart. Owners were very responsive as well. Would 10/10 recommend and stay again.

Thank you for mentioning that. Puerto Rico homes often have iron door and/or window coverings because they allow fresh airflow and cross-breezes while still providing security. Not everyone loves AC.

Great location to so many areas in Puerto Rico! Condo was clean and offered great space for us all ( 2 adults and our 2 adult kids). Great views from the balcony as the sun cam up and as it set. Parking space was a bonus!!Our hosts were wonderful! We had a crazy travel day in and Juli and Richard checked on us to make sure we got in OK. They were very responsive and courteous! We truly enjoyed our time here!

Thank you! We love that you don’t actually need a car there. We have a nearby grocery store, restaurants, a casino, nightlife and, of course, the very best beach with a myriad of activities. If you chose to rent a car for a day or so, there are three nearby rental locations. It’s the best of all worlds!

Juli and Richard are wonderful hosts, being very communicative and helpful during our stay. Their home is a lovely space, and the views cannot be beat; sitting on the balcony was great! It was very clean and very comfortable (comfy beds!) and had everything our family of 6 needed for our stay. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and access to the pool. Isla Verde is a lovely beach, and was a great location for ease from the airport and to explore the area. We certainly hope to be able to return again.

Lovely place for a group or family! Convenient access to a fantastic beach for sunbathing, walks, and warm water-swimming and wave hopping--with rentable umbrellas&chairs and nearby food carts. 10 minutes from the airport but we never heard the planes. A broad variety of restaurants and stores with amenities within walking distance. The apartment was clean and thoughtfully supplied with all kinds of things for the beach: wagon, cooler, chairs, paddleball sets, even a portable speaker for music. Juli was fantastically communicative and helpful. Would go back for sure!

We had amazing time at Juli and Richard’s condo. It was as described in listing, had all we needed for a great time at the beach, lots of recommendations and Juli was great sharing tips for fun things to do nearby. Holiday week stay

We had a wonderful time in Richard and Juli's condo. It had everything we needed and was very clean. The location was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location and great amenities!

Our family of 5 loved this condo and location. We all had plenty of space and was able to fully enjoy what it offered. Highly recommend!

We live and work in the foothills of the Sierra Mountains in Northern California but are very fortunate to spend most vacations on the “Enchanted Isle” of Puerto Rico. We very proudly call it our second home in paradise. Richard was born in San Juan and still has a lot of friends and family on the island. We love the tropical climate, the friendly people, the laid back attitude and the fascinating culture that Puerto Rico has to offer.

This Isla Verde condo has been our dream for many years. It just doesn’t get much better than waking up to the sparkling ocean water, the sound of the waves and the tropical sea breeze. The building and area amenities, the central location and the long stretch of pristine beach make it the perfect get away for almost anyone.

We hope that you enjoy it as much as we do and are always available to help answer any questions or to help plan your dream vacation!

We love the Isla Verde area! The 1st Class hotels nearby offer the very best dining, gambling, spas and nightlife. The Isla Verde beach is much calmer than others in the area and offers long, relaxing walks and exciting recreation. We're close to everything.
