This beautiful, warm and comfortable fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 1400 sq ft Townhouse is located in a highly sought after gated community in the Mesa/Gilbert area. It also includes a backyard with a covered patio with pavers and artificial turf perfect for lounging and a personal 2 car garage. The property is stretched along a 20+ mile paved canal wonderful for walking, running or biking. Close to multiple popular golf courses including Supersition Springs golf course and Greenfield course which are both less than 5 miles away. You'll have multiple restaurants, shopping centers and malls to choose from in this prime location area. You can also opt to stay home and take a splash in the sparkling, cool community pool, enjoy a barbecue using the on site grill or take a stroll around the lush green, manicured property. Community also has basketball court, picnic tables and children's playground area.
This first class unit offers a split floor plan with open kitchen/living area. It also has a separate dining room. One of the best!

We travel frequently to Mesa and often stay at VRBO properties. This property is by far the best we’ve had. Why? Clean. Cozy. Comfortable. Up to date appliances and TVs. Easy freeway access. Shopping and food nearby. Our stay was for 2 weeks and we will definitely stay again. This had the hostess with the mostest! She responds quickly to any questions I had long before the stay and while we were there. Thanks again.

Greenfield Condo

Location was wonderful and very pet friendly. Our frustration was the condo was not clean, grill was in terrible shape and the backyard was not well maintained. I let the owner know and have sent pictures requesting a cleaning refund, but have not heard back.

Great location close to highways

Laqucia was very accommodating to work with. We needed to contact her a few times within the first few days and we appreciated her quick responses. Good location close to grocery stores and easy access to highways for visits to Usery Mountain, Wrigley Mansion and other tourist attractions. The unit has up-to-date kitchen appliances and laundry facilities. We had some minor suggestions after our visit. She was very gracious in accepting our feedback.

Mesa getaway

The property was comfortable and located in a good place for us. As older people we did find the stairs a problem occasionally. Really liked the layout and our dog loved the grass.

We have a fabulous vacation!

We had a fabulous vacation at this beautiful, spacious, perfectly located condo. This condo is close to everything and also close to major highways to take you wherever you wish to go. The owner answered all of my questions almost immediately via text. She was a pleasure to deal with! The condo was well furnished and very clean. It was stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. We rented here for a month and enjoyed every minute of our time in Arizona. I would highly recommend this property, you will have a great time!

Very nice and quite area. Everything you need is nearby. Gated and safe and a nice pool area.

Host is very easy to work with if you have any questions or issues.. Mesa is nice, April weather is fantastic. Great location walking dogs, clean and safe. We would stay again.

Beautifully and tastefully decorated; everything worked!

The owner lives out of state but was very available and welcomed us by text and phone. There were clear instructions on getting in and getting things organized. Kitchen was wonderfully stocked and had everything there for cooking meals and treats. A garage door opener would have been a nice addition, but we coped! The balcony and patio turned out to be just a small balcony, but was nice for morning coffee for 2. The patio and charcoal grill are in the common area by the pool. Lovely, but not very convenient.

Great condo, nice area

The condo was great! It was well equipped , spacious and comfortable. We really liked how close all shopping and golfing areas were to this location. Would definitely consider staying there again.

Good location and really good stay made for great vacation

We enjoyed the condo and grounds for two weeks. Tastefully decorated, well kept property and LaQucia was very responsive to our questions. This was a great experience for a longer stay and enjoyed the well maintained pool, hot tub and grounds. Would definitely recommend and would like to stay again, hopefully for an additional week. Thank you to LaQucia.

Great Condo, Great stay

A great experience all round. The Condo is in a very nice part of Mesa. The furniture is comfortable without becoming cluttered.If you like to cook, the Kitchen has everything you need. If you just want to sit and watch a movie there is everything you need. Shopping and Restaurants are nearby. We had a great time

Very nice, quiet residential community

We spent 12 days at Tesoro at Greenfield. Property was centrally located and was very easy to get around to all that Mesa/Gilbert has to offer. Lacquicia was very easy to work with and responded quickly through email and text. The residential community offered a nice pool and hot tub that was well used by the residents. The weather for the first two weeks of March was stellar!

Very accommodating

The owner was so wonderful and welcoming. The townhouse was small but Very clean, warm and homey. The location was exactly where we wanted to be. The amenities, i.e. Pool, hot tub, walking paths were perfect was relaxing and walking.

Perfect size and location

We stayed here for 5 days and it was a great time. The home was beautifully appointed, clean, tastefully decorated, everything was in working order. It was a quiet locations with nice neighbors. The pool was wonderful and quiet to get some sunshine. This location is close to the freeway with easy access to all part of the valley. I look forward to my next stay there soon.

Great Place

LaQucia was a great host , would have helped us if we needed anything and always available. The townhouse was very clean and had everything we needed for our week stay. We enjoyed our stay at the townhouse.
